[摘要] 目的 分析痛點穴位封闭配合针刺治疗创伤性肩袖损伤临床。 方法 随机抽取2015年5月—2016年6月期间在该院收治的肩袖损伤患者作为观察组（n=30），给予痛点穴位封闭联合针刺治疗；随机抽取2016年7月—2017年8月期间在该院收治的肩袖损伤患者作为对照组（n=30），给予痛点穴位封闭治疗。观察两组患者治疗效果。 结果 对照组治疗前VAS为（7.42±1.75）分，观察组为（7.23±2.12）分，两组患者治疗前VAS评分差异无统计学意义（t=0.18，P>0.05）分；治疗后，对照组VAS为（5.42±1.64）分，观察组为（2.15±1.52）分，观察组患者VAS评分明显优于对照组（t=3.31，P<0.05）；观察组患者总有效率（96.67%）明显优于对照组（70.00%），组间差异有统计学意义（χ2=7.68，P<0.05）；观察组总体健康为（87.58±4.65）分，对照组为（70.25±5.36）分，观察组生活质量明显优于对照组（t=6.09，P<0.05）。 结论 为创伤性肩袖损伤患者进行痛点穴位封闭联合针刺治疗效果显著，总有效率显著提高，VAS评分下降，值得临床大力推广。

Clinical Analysis of Treatment of Traumatic Cervical Sleeve Injury with Acupoint Closure and Acupuncture

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical application of pain point acupoint closure and acupuncture for traumatic rotator cuff injury. Methods Patients with rotator cuff injury treated in the hospital from May 2015 to June 2016 were randomly selected as the observation group （n=30） and were given acupuncture point closure and acupuncture treatment. Randomly selected from July 2016 to August 2017. Patients with rotator cuff injury treated in this hospital during the month as a control group （n=30） were treated with acupuncture point closure. Observe the treatment effect of the two groups of patients. Results Before treatment， VAS was （7.42±1.75）points in the control group and （7.23±2.12）points in the observation group. There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment （t=0.18，P>0.05）. After treatment， VAS in the control group was （5.42±1.64）points in the observation group （2.15±1.52）points. The VAS score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group （t=3.31，P<0.05）. The total effective rate in the observation group （96.67%） was significantly better than that in the control group（70.00%）， significant differences between groups （χ2=7.68，P<0.05）； the overall health of the observation group （87.58±4.65）points， the control group （70.25±5.36）points， the observation group was significantly better than the control group （t=6.09，P<0.05）. Conclusion It is effective for the treatment of traumatic rotator cuff injury with pain point acupoint closure combined with acupuncture treatment. The total effective rate is significantly improved and the VAS score is decreased， which is worthy of clinical promotion.

肩袖损伤是临床常见疾病之一，属于多发病。肩袖损伤具有较高的发病率，甚至高达30%以上，发病率更会随着年龄的增长也逐渐增加[1-2]。患者常表现出肩关节疼痛、活动障碍等症状，若在短时间内得不到及时治疗，可能会导致患者出现不同程度的“冻结”现象，患者生活质量受到严重影响[3-4]。该次研究主要分析痛点穴位封闭配合针刺治疗创伤性肩袖损伤临床，将2015年5月—2017年8月期间在该院接受治疗的60例患者作为研究对象，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

随机抽取2015年5月—2016年6月期间在该院收治的肩袖损伤患者作为观察组（n=30），给予痛点穴位封闭联合针刺治疗；男患者13例，女患者17例；年龄为32～65岁，平均年龄为（46.52±3.54）岁；其中7例轻微外伤，8例明显外力损伤，15例举臂困难以及疼痛弧征阳性。随机抽取2016年7月—2017年8月期间在该院收治的肩袖损伤患者作为对照组（n=30），给予痛点穴位封闭治疗；男……
