【摘 要】作为旅游行业来讲，了解和掌握旅游者及旅游从业人员的心理需求，让旅游者得到更为满意和周到的服务，增强旅游从业人员对于企业的归属感和认同感，提高旅游服务的质量和效率，研究和掌握旅游者的需要、动机、兴趣、个性特点，掌握旅游服务心理，为旅游者提供高效优质的服务，保证旅游业的健康、稳定的发展十分重要。因此，作为将来的旅游从业人员，旅游专业的学生学习旅游心理学对于发展旅游事业来说有着重要的意义。

【Abstract】For the tourist industry， the following factors are very important to ensure the healthy and stable development of tourism， such as understanding and mastering the psychological needs of tourists and tourism practitioners， letting tourists get more satisfactory and considerate service， improving the sense of belonging and identity of tourism practitioners to enterprises， improving the quality and efficiency of tourism services， studying and mastering the needs， motivations， interests and characteristics of tourists， mastering the psychology of tourism service， providing efficient and high quality services for tourists. Therefore， as future tourism practitioners， students of tourism specialty should study tourism psychology， which has an important significance for the development of tourism industry.

1 引言

随着我国社会经济的不断发展，心理学正逐步渗透到每一个行业，而且发挥着越来越重要的作用。对旅游行业来讲，从业者应当了解和掌握旅游者及旅游从业人员的心理，并以正当合理的方式和措施顺应、满足旅游者及从业人员的心理需要，以增强旅游从业人员对于企业的归属感和认同感，提高旅游企业的向心力，这是旅游企业取得长足发展的关键。因此，作为将来的旅游从业人员，旅游专业的学生学习旅游心理学对于发展旅游事业来说有着重要的意义。

2 旅游心理学的研究内容

旅游心理学是研究旅游者和旅游从业人员在旅游活动过程中的心理现象及其规律的学科[1]，是心理学的一个分支，是在社会实践中产生和发展起来的一门新型学科，属于应用心理学，当然在旅游业发展中起着十分重要的作用[2]。……
