摘要：消毒供应中心（简称CSSD）是医院集中处理可重复使用的医疗器械、器具、物品的科室，是感染控制的核心部门，其工作质量直接影响医疗护理质量的效果，甚至危及患者的生命安危。[1]随着医院信息化管理建设的发展和深入，如何建设现代化、智能化的消毒供应中心，成为关注的重点。经过我院信息科人员、软件开发商以及消毒供应中心负责人一年多的辛苦工作与实践应用，对CSSD系统进行了一系列的优化，建立了无菌物品清洗消毒、配包、灭菌、发放、使用、回收的闭环追溯管理体系，研发了精准的报表统计模块，规范了手术器械与外来器械的使用流程，做到了数据的实时监控，有效地提高消毒灭菌的质量，控制院内感染的发生，使消毒供应中心的工作更加标准化、科学化、规范化。[2]

Abstract： Disinfection supply center （CSSD） is a reusable hospital centralized processing， items， the department of medical equipment， instruments， is the core of the infection control department， its quality directly affects the quality of medical care effect， and even endanger the life safety of patients.With the development and deepening of hospital informatization management construction， how to build a modern and intelligent sterilization supply center becomes the focus of attention. After the hospital information department personnel， software developers and disinfection supply center head more than a year of hard work and practice application， the CSSD system conducted a series of optimization， set up the cleaning and disinfection of the aseptic goods， package， sterilization， distribution， use， recycling of closed loop tracking management system， developed a precise statistics report module， standardizes the surgical instruments and foreign equipment use process， do the real-time monitoring data， effectively improve the quality of disinfection sterilization， control the occurrence of nosocomial infection， the work of disinfection supply center is more standardized， scientific and standardized.

1 我院消毒供應中心信息化管理系统现状

消毒供应中心系统由消毒供应中心追溯系统、临床科室使用客户端以及手术室应用系统组成。消毒供应中心追溯系统分为基础数据维护、业务流程操作和科室管理三大模块；临床科室使用客户端主要包含借包、接收、使用登记、查询功能；手术室应用系统主要是对手术器械、外来器械及植入物管理与使用进行追溯。目前我院的消毒供应中心信息化系统模块及物品流转如图1所示。
