摘 要：建筑施工过程中，需要全面强化管理才能确保安全与质量。随着建筑工程市场竞争的加剧，建筑质量問题也引起全社会的普遍关注，建筑单位要想在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地，就需要充分重视施工管理。文章主要通过对建筑施工管理概念的分析，进一步提出了管题方法与措施，仅供同业借鉴参考。

Abstract： In the process of construction， it is necessary to strengthen the management in order to ensure the safety and quality. With the aggravation of the competition in the construction market， the problem of the construction quality has aroused the general concern of the whole society. If the construction units want to be in an invincible position in the fierce competition， they need to focus on the construction management. Based on the analysis of the concept of building construction management， this paper further puts forward the methods and measures of management.

随着城市化进程的加快，建筑需求量也不断增加，为了全面保证建筑质量，就需要有效做好施工管理，这样，才能建设出高品质的建筑。建筑施工管理涉及到的内容较多，在管理中，会遇到各种复杂的情况，整体看，建筑施工管理有着施工面宽、流动性大、不可预见因素多、外界影响多的特征，只有全面掌握了管理的一般特点，才能全面做好管理，保证建筑过程中的安全与最终的品质。

1 施工管理概述

施工管理主要就是施工单位为了完成建筑任务，确保建筑产品保质保量，如期完工的一个管理过程，这个管理长度主要跨度为接受施工任务开始到工程交工验收为止，这是一个具有跨度的管理过程，施工单位主要根据施工对象和施工现场出现的一些情况，对建筑任务、建筑材料、参与人员、资金产出等事务的有效组织与协调。

施工管理任务较多，内容复杂，其主要的管理任务集中在人、财、物等方面，根据工程对象、工程特点、施工条件的不同，有着差异化……
