摘 要：文章针对我国支线机场建设项目的特点，采用工程网络计划技术编制了小型支线机场工程进度管理应用程序，并以稻城亚丁机场建设项目为例，阐述了进度计划编制、计划优化和调整的全过程，取得以下成果：（1）编制了机场建设项目进度管理应用程序，并根据项目的实际情况，实现了项目进度计划的优化和调整；（2）针对机场建设项目土石方工程施工作业量大、作业面广的特点，重点分析了不同工种间的作业链接，以及同一工种不同作业面上的链接关系，并以此为突破口，进行了进度计划的优化和调整，大大缩短了工程建设时间。

Abstract： In view of the characteristics of regional airport construction projects in China， the project schedule management application program of small regional airport project is compiled using engineering network planning technology， and the construction project of Daocheng Yading Airport is taken as an example. This paper expounds the whole process of making， optimizing and adjusting the progress plan， and obtains the following results： （1） The progress management application program of the airport construction project is compiled， and according to the actual situation of the project； Realized the optimization and adjustment of the project schedule； （2） In view of the airport construction project earthwork construction with great work quantity and large work area， we have analyzed the operation link between different types of work emphatically as well as the same type of work on different work surface link relations， and with this as a breakthrough， we made some optimization and adjustment to the schedule， greatly shortening the project construction time.

引言

工程項目进度计划就是对建设项目的工作内容、工作程序、施工持续时间和各子任务之间的相互衔接关系所编制的计划，进度管理就是在进度计划实施过程中采取相应的组织和合同等管理措施。进度控制的根本任务就是确保建设项目的总进度目标。与发达国家相比，我国的工程项目进度管理还相对落后许多，尤其是在小型支线机场建设项目过程中，很多人还没有真正理解工程项目管理理念，对进度管理认识不足，观念淡薄，导致工程项目进度管理在实际施工过程中存在盲目性和随意性，往往造成工程项目的工期延误[1，2，3，4，5]。

1 项目概况

四川稻城亚丁机场建设项目飞行区地基处理及土石方工程试验段A标段地处场区后冲兴一带，场区海拔高，气候寒冷，地质条件复杂，地下水丰富，地下水位埋藏浅，存在砂土液化、地下水潜蚀、地基不均匀沉降等很多问题。……
