[摘要] 目的 探讨曲伏前列素联合噻吗洛尔眼水治疗开角型青光眼的临床价值分析。方法 方便选取该院于2015年2月—2018年2月间收治的68例开角型青光眼患者，隨机分为对照组与观察组，各34例。对照组采用噻吗洛尔滴眼液进行治疗，观察组则采用曲伏前列素联合噻吗洛尔进行治疗，对比观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗有效率94.11%，对照组治疗有效率47.06%，观察组明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ2=18.133，P=0.000）。在治疗后观察组眼压（17.74±2.48）mmHg，对照组眼压（25.15±3.26）mmHg，观察组明显低于对照组（t=10.548，P=0.000）。结论 采用曲伏前列素联合噻吗洛尔治疗开角型青光眼能够有效提高治疗效果，显著降低眼压，具有较高的临床应用价值。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical value of travoprost combined with timolol in the treatment of open angle glaucoma. Methods 68 patients with open-angle glaucoma admitted to the hospital from February 2015 to February 2018 were convenient selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group， 34 cases each. The control group was treated with timolol eye drops， and the observation group was treated with travoprost combined with timolol. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.11%， and the effective rate in the control group was 47.06%. The observation group was significantly higher than the control group， and the difference was statiseicall significant（χ2=18.133， P=0.000）. After treatment， the intraocular pressure of the observation group was（17.74±2.48）mmHg， and the intraocular pressure of the control group was （25.15±3.26）mmHg. The observation group was significantly lower than the control group （t=10.548， P=0.000）. Conclusion The treatment of open-angle glaucoma with travoprost combined with timolol can effectively improve the therapeutic effect， significantly reduce intraocular pressure， and has high clinical value.

青光眼是由眼内压持续或间断升高，继而发生特征性视神经损伤和视功能损害的一种眼病。2010年全球40岁以上人群原发性青光眼平均患病率为2.65%，我国为2.66%，其中开角型青光眼占全球的18.6%。青光眼是致使人类失明的三大眼病之一[1]。开角型青光眼是青光眼中的常见类型，发病时患者的眼压会逐渐升高，但患者早期通常不会感觉到明显症状，发展到后期才会出现眼痛、虹视、头痛及视力模糊等症状，若得不到及时的治疗，可能会导致失明等严重后果[2-3]。因此，对此疾病的及时诊断与治疗十分重要。该研究中探讨了曲伏前列素联合噻吗洛尔治疗开角型青光眼的临床价值分析，即收集了该院2015年2月—2018年2月间收治的68例开角型青光眼患者，分析了曲伏前列素联合噻吗洛尔治疗开角型青光眼的效果，具报道如下。……
