摘 要：数字社会的到来，推动着数字阅读已成为一种重要的阅读方式和发展，数字鸿沟取代信息鸿沟成为社会发展的最大风险，开展数字阅读推广是图书馆新时代的社会责任。包括中美图书馆在内的业界进行了积极的数字阅读推广实践探索。我国图书馆的数字阅读推广，需要以兴趣为纽带进行项目设计，将素养教育融入阅读学习过程之中，开展既有广度又有深度的阅读推广内容营销服务。

Abstract The advent of digital society has promoted digital reading has become an important way of reading. Nowadays， the digital divide replaces the information divide has become the greatest risk of social development， and the promotion of digital reading is the social responsibility of the new era of library. Therefore， the library has carried out an active exploration of digital reading promotion practice. The promotion of digital reading in China libraries needs to carry out project design with interest as the link， and integrate literacy education into the process. At the same time， it should carry out the marketing service of reading promotion content with both breadth and depth.

上世纪70年代，美国著名的图书馆学家兰开斯特就曾预言人类社会在21世纪将进入一个无纸化社会。现在回头来看，尽管这是一个错误的大胆预测，目前已进入新世纪的第18个年头，无纸化社会并未到来，但我们也能深刻感受到从信息社会发展到数字社会所带来的变革，数字阅读也正成为一种数字社会发展的表现，在阅读群体规模上越来越普及、阅读方式上越来越多样、阅读资源上越来越丰富、用户需求上越来越强烈，数字阅读推广也成为了新时代图书馆服务的“新常态”。挖掘这些现象后面隐藏的图书馆数字阅读推广发展驱动，了解和比较国内外特别是中美两国典型的图书馆数字阅读推广实践，进而去思考和探索我国图书馆未来的数字阅读推广发展策略，也就具有了一定的现实意义。
