[摘要] 目的 研究在妇产科护理管理中合理应用分成管理模式，对护理工作质量评估结果的影响与效果。 方法 选择2016年1月～2017年1月我院妇产科护理人员45名，按照护理人员学历、能力、资历分为4个层次实施管理，对比分析实施分层管理模式前后妇产科护理人员能力测评得分及工作质量评分情况。 结果 实施分层管理后妇产科护理人员病理知识、护理理论及实践操作等能力测评得分明显高于实施前，与实施前相比，实施分层管理前后妇产科护理人员基础理论、专科知识、基础操作、专科操作及沟通交流等工作质量评分较高，两者差异性显著（P<0.05）。 结论 分层管理模式应用于妇产科护理管理之中，护理工作质量有所提升，具有临床推广与应用价值。

Analyzation of qualitative and quantitative comprehensive evaluation system of stratified nursing management in department of obstetrics and gynecology

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of rational application of stratified management mode in nursing management on quality evaluation of nursing in the department of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods 45 nursing staff were selected from January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital. According to their educational background， ability and qualification， the nursing staff were divided into 4 levels to manage. The scores of ability evaluation and work quality of the nursing staff in the department of obstetrics and gynecology before and after the implementation of the stratified management model were compared and analyzed. Results After the application of stratified management， the scores of pathological knowledge， nursing theory and practice of nursing staff were significantly higher than before the application. Compared with the scores before application， the work quality scores of the basic theory， specialist knowledge， basic operation， specialist operation and communication were higher， and the differences were significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of stratified management in department of obstetrics and gynecology can improve the quality of nursing work， which has the value of clinical popularization and application.

婦产科是临床医学中的四大学科之一，包括妇科与产科，是医院中最为忙碌的科室，妇产科是综合性科室，接诊量较大[1]。当前人民群众对健康的重视程度日益增长，对医疗中的护理服务期望值较高，因此，为保障妇产科的服务质量，应不断完善妇产科护理管理工作，合理调配护理资源，加强对妇产科护理服务综合评估体系[2-5]。

1 资料与方法

1.1 临床资料

选择2016年1月～2017年1月我院妇产科护理人员45名，2016年1～7月为实施分层管理前，2016年7月～2017年1月为实施分层管理后。护理人员最小年龄23岁，最大年龄45周岁，平均（34.9±6.2）周岁。主管护师2名、专科护师5名、护师11名、护士14名、助理护士13名。教育程度方面，本科及以上学历护理人员13名、大专学历护理人员22名、大专以下学历护理人员10名。……
