[摘要] 护理管理在信息化洪流的冲击下，也在逐步向信息化护理管理层面迈进。在对护理信息系统实施搭建的过程当中，以人性化的就医流程及便捷护理信息操作为基础，通过将护理管理理念及模式融入护理信息系统中，进而建设一个能够充分满足临床护理人员及护理管理者需求的护理信息系统。进一步提升医院护理管理水平，进而达到促进医院的整体护理质量、护理人员及患者满意度均有效提高的目标。

Construction concept of new hospital nursing information system

[Abstract] Nursing management is gradually moving towards the level of informational nursing management under the impact of the flood of informatization. In the process of constructing the nursing information system， it is based on humanized medical procedures and convenient nursing information operations. By integrating the concept and mode of nursing management into the nursing information system， a nursing information system that can fully meet the needs of clinical nurses and nursing managers can be constructed. Furthermore， the level of hospital nursing management can be improved， and then the goal of promoting the overall quality of hospital nursing care， nursing staff and effectively improving patient satisfaction can be achieved.

厦门弘爱医院是一家集医疗、急救、预防、保健、康复、教学、科研于一体的现代化非营利性三甲综合医院。医院一期于2014年12月奠基开工，计划于2016年10月封顶，预计于2018年中开业。我院属于医改新形式下的社会资本办医，整体组织架构为董事会下的院长负责制。

自20世纪60年代开始，医学信息学成为一门综合计算机科学、信息技术与生物医学科学等多领域的新兴边缘科学。近几年，信息技术被广泛运用于医疗活动中，医院生存与发展新的竞争焦点也聚焦在掌握和利用信息技术的能力。2015年3月6日国务院发布了《全国医疗卫生服务体系规划发展纲要（2015-2020年）》，明确提出“积极应用移动互联网、物联网、云计算等新技术，推动惠及全民的健康信息服务、可穿戴设备和智慧医疗服务，推动健康大数据的应用，逐步转变服务模式，提高服务能力和管理水平”[1]。……
