摘 要： 高校在质量工程和各级精品课建设过程中，积累了大量优秀的多媒体教学资源，尤其以视频教学资源为主。近年来随着慕课的兴起，使得优秀的多媒体教学资源更是迅速增长。如何充分利用这些视频资源、发挥其在教学环节中的重要作用，成为高校教学质量工程建设迫切需要解决的问题之一。针对视频教学资源传统使用方式的局限性进行探讨，提出一个基于互动点评的教学质量评价机制。该机制在传统视频教学资源中引入互动点评机制，可以实现实时的视频点评、音频点评和文字点评。调查和实践表明，该机制为学生之间，师生之间的交流提供了有效的手段，充分调动了学生的参与积极性，从而提高了教学质量，也成为评价教学质量的一个有利机制。

Abstract： In recent years， with the development of MOOCs， the excellent multimedia teaching resources have rapidly increased. How to make full use of these video resources and make them play an important role in the teaching link becomes one of urgent problems that need to be resolved in teaching quality engineering construction of colleges and universities. With the exploration about the limitations for the traditional use pattern of teaching video resources， a teaching quality evaluation mechanism based on interactive comments （TQEMBICs） is proposed. In the TQEMBICs， the interactive comment mechanism is introduced into the traditional teaching video resources， so as to realize real?time video comments， audio comments and text comments. The survey and practice results show that the TQEMBICs can provide an effective means for communications between students and students or between students and teachers， fully motivate students′ participation enthusiasm， improve the teaching quality， and has become a favorable mechanism for evaluation of teaching quality.

自2011年底斯坦福大学的开放课程“人工智能导论”被人们广泛关注以来，大规模开放在线课程，即慕课（MOOC）开始正式发展。MOOC的三大平台Udacity，Coursera，edX各自发挥自己的作用，为学子提供帮助[1] 。与传统的远程教育和在线课程相比，MOOC区别于前者的最大不同和最大突破就是它的及时互动性和它的大规模[2]。线上学习变为交互式学习，MOOC具有打破“面对面学习”的时空限制，让学习更能满足学习者的个性需要[3]。MOOC打破了传统的教育模式，这种新型的教育提供，可以使大家自由进入学习过程，不限制学历不限制阶级，致力于做到民主化教育[4]，从而吸引了更多的学习者[5]。……
