【摘 要】目的： 探讨沙利度胺在治疗骨髓增生异常综合征中的价值及护理体会。方法： 59例骨髓增生异常综合征患者均给予常规环孢素A治疗+沙利度胺治疗，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予护理干预，比较两组治疗临床疗效、护理前后疾 ≈镀婪旨盎だ矸缦帐录⑸榭觥！糎TH〗结果：与对照组相比，观察组治疗效果明显提高（P<0.05）；与对照组相比，观察组护理后化疗药物知识、药物外渗、化疗不良反应、化疗期间自我护理等疾病知识评分均明显增高（P<0.05）；与对照组相比，观察组护理后护理风险事件发生率显著降低（P<0.05）。结论：沙利度胺可以在环孢素A治疗的基础上明显改善骨髓增生异常综合征患者的临床疗效，护理干预能够使患者更好地掌握疾病知识，降低护理风险事件发生率。

The evaluation of thalidomide in the treatment of myelodysplastic syndromes patients

Abstract Objective：To evaluate the evaluation of thalidomide in the treatment of myelodysplastic syndromes patients and nursing experience. Methods： Seventy-nine patients with myelodysplastic syndromes were administrated the thalidomide+CsA. The patients were randomized into the control group （routine nursing） and the observation group （nursing intervention）. The clinical efficacy of treatment， disease knowledge score pre- and post-treatment， and nursing risk events in two groups were compared. Results：Compared with control group， the treatment efficacy was significantly increased in the observation group （P<0.05）； compared with the control group， the knowledge scores of chemotherapy drugs， drug extravasation， adverse reactions of chemotherapy， self-care during chemotherapy were obviously increased on post-nursing in the observation group （P<0.05）； compared with the control group， the incidence of nursing risk events was signficantly reduced in the observation group （P<0.05）. Conclusions： Based on CsA therapy， thalidomide could improme the clinical efficacy in patients with myelodysplastic syndromes. The nursing intervention can make patients better grasp disease knowledge and reduce the incidence of nursing risk events.

骨髓增生異常综合征是一种源于造血干细胞或造血祖细胞水平出现损伤而产生的恶性克隆性增生性疾病，通常以血细胞质量异常或难治性全血细胞减少和高风险发展为急性白血病为疾病特征，是血液系统常见疾病之一[1]。尽管目前临床上治疗骨髓增生异常综合征的新药物和新方案的出现为我们提供了较以往更为深奥地理解骨髓增生异常综合征生物学特征的机会，然而骨髓增生异常综合征的治疗效果仍不令患者和医生满意，骨髓增生异常综合征患者治疗策略的选择仍有待进一步研究。……
