摘 要 高校体育场馆资源相对丰富，在保证学生正常学习和锻炼的前提下，节假日和休息时间，处于闲置状态，对社区居民开放，可以实现资源共享。但是需要处理好时间的冲突，需要当地政府、社区以及学校三者之间的有机统一，协调好各项工作，才能顺利进行。

Abstract The resources of sports stadiums in Colleges and universities are relatively rich， under the premise of ensuring students' normal study and exercise， holidays and rest time are idle and open to the community residents， so that resources can be shared. But the need to deal with the conflict of time， the need for the organic unity between the local government， the community and the three schools， and the coordination of various work， can be carried out smoothly.

1 研究目的

在全民健身背景下社区居民的体育锻炼诉求与场地设施的矛盾日益凸现，现有的体育场馆设施已经不能满足居民体育锻炼的需求。大部分高校体育场地基础设施较为齐备，且具有一定的规模，但在寒暑假其间基本呈闲置状态，在一定程度上造成资源浪费。高校体育场馆服务于社区居民，可以提高高校体育场地利用率，有效解决社区居民从事体育锻炼场地设施的瓶颈问题。本文经过对衡阳市高校体育场馆资源向城市居民的开放为例，分析高校体育场馆资源服务于社区体育的现状，为实现高校体育与社区体育的融合发展提供理论支持。

2 研究对象及研究方法

2.1 研究对象

本研究以高校体育场馆资源服务城市社区体育的现状为研究对象，以衡阳市高校的体育场馆资源为社区体育服務的情况为调查对象。

2.2.1 问卷调查法

根据体育场馆资源、社区体育的管理、配置、利用以及经营等情况综合来设计。并邀请相关专家对问卷的效度和信度进行检验。具体情况：教授6人，副教授8人，讲师6人，合计20人。……
