摘 要 湖南沅江三中弑师案，在一定程度上折射出当前教育缺失问题；弑师行为是不符合道德伦理的行为，是违法犯罪行为，该行为的产生不能单单归结于学校教育上，多种教育缺失才是导致弑师行为的根本原因。近年来弑师行为偶有发生，让我们不禁担心：师生关系正在逐渐恶化，教育系列问题日益凸显，学生心理健康问题越来越严重，学生们还能健康成长吗？因此，我们要及时反思，并采取相应行动和措施，抓紧改善教育，集合多方面力量，共同促进学生健康成长。

Abstract The murder of the third middle school in Yuanjiang， Hunan， to a certain extent， reflects the problem of the lack of education. The behavior of killing the teacher is an act that does not conform to moral ethics and is an illegal and criminal act. In recent years， the occasionally occurrence of the killing of the teacher has caused us to worry that the relationship between teachers and students is getting worse， the problems of education are becoming more and more serious， the problems of students' mental health are becoming more and more serious， and can the students grow up healthy？ Therefore， we must reflect in time and take corresponding actions and measures to improve education and gather various forces to jointly promote the healthy growth of students.

2017年11 月 12 日，湖南沅江三中47 岁的班主任鲍方在办公室被刺 26 刀身亡。行凶者是鲍方所带实验班的学生—— 16 岁的罗某杰，罗某杰是他带了三年的学生，是一个多次取得第一名、被老师寄予厚望的尖子生。案发前，鲍方让同学们观看一部励志电影，并要求同学们写完观后感后再放假。罗某杰走出教室，和鲍方说他不想写，鲍方说：“不想写就转班。”鲍方说完这句话就回到了办公室，数分钟后，罗某杰拿着弹簧刀冲进办公室，刺向了他的老师。有同学回忆说，在高三的一次语文课上，罗某杰曾用刀在桌子上刻字，嘴里似乎在念着“杀”字。鲍老师是一位优秀的教师，曾经获得过益阳市优秀班主任称号，罗某杰的成绩一直稳居前列，案发前鲍老师还为罗某杰申请名额有限的助学金。这一对师生原本应该和谐友善地相处，没有想到，罗某杰竟然把屠刀挥向了关爱和器重他的老师。……
