摘 要 十九大开办以来，国家越发重视党建的科学化建设，并为此大力建设学习型党组织，带动了我国向前发展。须知，学习型党组织的建设好坏，直接关系着党执政能力的高低；而党建的科学化水平，更是党中央各项管理工作的主要思想，是十九大中的关键内容，提高党建科学化，具有极大的现实意义。对此，文章探讨了学习型党组织建设的方式，并提出了几点提高党建科学化的措施，以此推动我国社会经济的发展。

Abstract Since the establishment of the 19th National Congress， the state has paid more attention to the scientific construction of party building， and has vigorously built a learning-type party organization to promote the development of China. It should be noted that the construction of a learning-type party organization is directly related to the level of the party's ability to govern. The scientific level of party building is the main idea of the management work of the Party Central Committee. It is the key content of the 19th National Congress and the improvement of party building scientifically， it has great practical significance. In this regard， the article explores the way of learning party organization construction， and puts forward several measures to improve the scientific construction of party building， in order to promote the development of China's social economy.

1 学习型党组织的简单概述

信息化时代的到来，社会进入了知识经济竞争时代，为适应社会时代的需求，国家提出了“学习型党组织的建设”，以事业单位或者非公企业管理模式、组织模式为基点，提高企业竞争力与创新能力，推动企业经济发展，带动我国整体进步。学习型党组织，其要求党员具有较强的学习能力，在我国特色社会指导下，学习科学理论知识，为全体党员披上武装，提高党员的知识水平与能力，实现理论与实践的紧密结合。[1]实际上，学习型党组织建设，为党员提供了良好的学习氛围，充分发挥党员的创造性，培养党员的思维能力，推动党组织不断发展。当前，经济的飞速发展，我国党员逐渐呈现出平庸、固守的心态，执行能力受到影响，建设学习型党组织，使党员学以致用，将所学习的各类知识、理论、实践充分结合，改善党员能力不足等问题，推动党建工作的科学化水平，提高党员的执政效率，带动我国社会经济向前发展。……
