摘 要 高职化学教学中实验教学是其中的重要组成部分，强化实验教学的素质教育及创新教育是现阶段改革的重点所在，这样才能不断创新高职化学实验教学效果，提升学生综合素质，培养学生创新意识。从目前情况分析，必须对当前高职化学实验教学中的素质教育培养存在的弊端，然后提出相对应的改进措施，从而促使学生的化学综合素养得以显著提升。文章中简要阐述了高职化学实验教学中素质及教育教学的意义，并且有针对性地提出具有建设性的改进教学方案，从根本上提升高职化学实验教学的整体效果。

Abstract Experimental teaching is an important part of chemistry teaching in higher vocational education. Strengthening the quality education and innovative education of experimental teaching is the focus of reform at this stage， so as to continuously innovate the effect of chemistry experiment teaching in higher vocational schools， improve students' comprehensive quality and cultivate students' innovation awareness. From the current situation analysis， it is necessary to cultivate the disadvantages of the quality education in the current high vocational chemistry experiment teaching， and then propose corresponding improvement measures， so as to promote the students' comprehensive literacy. The article briefly expounds the significance of quality and education in higher vocational chemistry experiment teaching， and proposes constructive and improved teaching programs in a targeted way to fundamentally improve the overall effect of chemistry experiment teaching in higher vocational colleges.

新时期对高职化学实验教学提出了更高的教学要求，而对于化学教育来说，其本质上是为了更好地培养学生创新精神，同时兼具实践能力，这也是素质教育的精髓所在，而且实验作为化学教学中的重要组成部分，培养学生创新能力是学科教学目标，推广素质教育，这在某种程度上为学生终身学习奠定良好的基础，同时也为学生未来的学习打下坚实的学科基础，帮助学生形成良好的思维习惯，激发学生化学学习兴趣，养成极佳的学习习惯。文章中简要阐述了高职化学实验教学中教学手段运用的必要性，通过标新立异的教学模式，进一步提升学生化学实验学习能力及效果。
