摘 要 证券投资分析是一门财务管理专业的重要基础课程，其对学生的技术性和实践性要求很高。在证券投资分析的课程教学中，传统灌输式教学模式使学生很难真正有效地掌握所学的证券投资分析知识并学以致用，达不到培养学生分析和解决实际问题能力的目的。在互联网金融背景下，模拟教学法是培养应用型人才的重要创新，其可以有效解决传统灌输式教学模式造成的只学不用的问题。本文结合教学实际，对如何在证券投资分析课程教学中实施模拟教学法以及实施后产生的积极效应进行了深入讨论。

Abstract Securities investment analysis is an important basic course of financial management specialty， which requires high technical and practical requirements for students. In the teaching of the course of securities investment analysis， the traditional instillation teaching mode makes it difficult for students to effectively master the knowledge of securities investment analysis and learn to use it， and cannot achieve the purpose of cultivating students' ability to analyze and solve practical problems. Under the background of internet finance， the simulation teaching method is an important innovation for the training of applied talents. It can effectively solve the problem of only learning without using that the traditional instillation teaching mode causes. Based on the teaching practice， this paper discusses how to implement the simulation teaching method in the course of the securities investment analysis and the positive effect after the implementation.

0 引言

证券投资分析是一门集理论知识与实践操作为一体的重要课程。在证券投资分析的课程教学中，传统灌输式教学模式主要以理论知识为主，而以实践教学为辅。学生有时虽然能够掌握丰富的理论知识，但是不具备实践能力，一旦面临瞬息万变的证券交易市场就会手足无措。

与传统灌输式教学模式相比，模拟教学法更加注重学以致用，其不仅要求学生掌握证券投资分析的理论知识，更要求学生能够进行具体的操作。这是一种典型的行为引导型教学方法，旨在提高学生独立获取知识、实践创新和灵活应变的能力。在模拟教学法中，学生可以在教师的指导下对交易开展仿真模拟，通过对交易对象进行基本分析和技术分析，进而做出证券交易决策。……
