摘 要 幼儿教育学是学前教育专业必开的三门专业课之一，也是学前教育专业培养符合时代要求的高素质教师的重要保证。然而，当前诸多因素导致农村中职学校幼儿教育学的教学陷入了一种困境，这些困境已经严重制约了幼儿教育学本身的学科建设与发展，影响了学前教育专业人才整体素质的培养和提高。本文旨在，通过对农村中职学校幼儿教育学教学困境的分析，探究原因，寻求对策。

Abstract "Preschool education" is one of the three specialized courses for preschool education， and it is also an important guarantee for preschool education to cultivate high quality teachers in accordance with the requirements of the times. However， many current factors have led to a dilemma in the teaching of "preschool education" in rural secondary vocational schools. These difficulties have seriously restricted the construction and development of "preschool education" itself， and have affected the cultivation and improvement of the overall quality of preschool education professionals. The purpose of this paper is to explore the causes and seek countermeasures by analyzing the plight of preschool pedagogy in rural secondary vocational schools.

1 農村中职学校幼儿教育学教学现状

（1）生源质量差，学习态度消极。全国各地认真贯彻《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》、《国务院关于当前发展学前教育的若干意见》，积极发展学前教育。发展学前教育除了要建设一批坚实安全的幼儿园，更重要的是要建设一支师德高尚、业务精良的教师队伍。为了满足广大人民群众对学前教育的现实需求，提高入园率首当其冲，更重要的是要提升学前教育质量，提升教师队伍质量又是提高教育质量的关键与核心，是高质量教育和儿童健康发展的重要保障。2012年教育部颁布出台了《幼儿园教师专业标准（试行）》，该标准规定：幼儿园教师是履行幼儿园教育工作职责的专业人员，需要经过严格的培养与培训，具有良好的职业道德，掌握系统的专业知识和专业技能。体现的基本理念是：师德为先、幼儿为本、能力为重和终身学习。……
