摘 要 专业教学标准对于高职院校准确把握培养目标和规格，制定人才培养方案起着重要指导作用。但目前高职保险专业教学标准开发还面临岗位设置复杂、岗位工作任务与课程体系对接难度大等诸多困难，下一步，应以职业为导向，构建包括职业面向、培养目标、培养规格、课程设置及学时安排、教学基本条件、质量保障等方面主要内容高职保险专业教学标准。

Abstract The professional teaching standards play an important guiding role for higher vocational colleges to accurately grasp the training objectives and specifications and formulate talent training programs. However， at present， the development of teaching standards for higher vocational insurance professionals also faces many difficulties such as complicated post placement， difficulty in docking tasks and curriculum system， and the next step should be career-oriented， including career orientation， training objectives， training specifications， and curriculum. And the main content of the school hours， the basic conditions of teaching， quality assurance， etc.， to construct the professional teaching standards for higher vocational insurance.

2012年12月，教育部公布首批包括高職保险实务专业在内的，涉及18个大类的410个高职专业教学标准，填补了我国该领域空白。但该标准相对较粗放，内容不够完备，表述不够严谨。为进一步完善该体系，教育部于2016年11月出台了《关于做好〈高等职业学校专业教学标准〉修（制）订工作的通知》，2017年4月全国金融职业教育教学指导委员会出台了《关于开展金融类专业教学标准修（制）订工作有关事项的通知》，正式启动包括保险专业在内的5个金融类专业教学标准的修（制）订工作。

1 高职保险专业教学标准开发面临的难题

1.1 保险行业岗位设置情况比较复杂

从公司类型来说，有财险、寿险、健康险、养老险、保险代理、保险经纪、保险公估等等公司类型；从层级来说，有总公司、省分公司、地市公司、县公司等层级；从股东构成来说，有中资公司、外资公司和中外合资公司。不同公司的部门设置与岗位设置差异较大，情况自然就比较复杂，这也给保险专业职业岗位的确定增加了难度。……
