摘 要 随着我国综合实力以及科学技术水平的不断提升，4G手机上网技术获得了快速的发展，同时4G手机上网也直接影响着人们的生活方式以及思维模式，在这样的现实背景之下，许多高校在落实思想政治教育的过程之中不断开拓新的传播以及教育模式和渠道。本文立足于我国大学生思想政治教育的实施情况，具体分析4G手机上网对该教学环节的影响并针对性地提出解决对策，以期为提高我国学生的思想政治教育水平提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract With the continuous improvement of China's comprehensive strength and scientific and technological level， 4G mobile Internet technology has achieved rapid development， while 4G mobile Internet access also directly affects people's lifestyle and thinking mode. Under such a realistic background， many colleges and universities are in the process of implementing ideological and political education， new dissemination and educational models and channels are constantly being explored. Based on the implementation of ideological and political education for college students in China， this paper analyzes the impact of 4G mobile Internet access on the teaching link and proposes solutions to the problem， in order to provide some reference for improving the ideological and political education level of Chinese students.

0 引言

4G手機上网的出现直接颠覆了人们的生活模式以及思维模式，在2013年的年底，我国实现了4G网络覆盖范围的有效突破，同时结合我国互联网权威部门的相关数据报告可以看出，目前我国已经有超过6亿的网民直接使用手机端来进行页面的浏览以及访问。随着4G手机上网技术的快速发展，思想政治教育的模式以及内容也产生了较大的变化，同时，许多高校在落实思想政治教育的过程之中开始充分的利用4G手机上网这一重要的技术不断地拓展全新的教育渠道以及手段，充分的实现自身教育资源的优化配置以及利用，促进教学质量以及教学水平的整体提升。

1 4G手机上网对大学生思想政治教育的影响
