摘 要 随着我国各大高校的扩招和高校毕业生就业制度的改革，导致社会毕业生流动党员的人数变得越来越多，而管理工作的难度也变得越来越大，传统的流动党员管理体系也已经不能适用于当前党员的发展，所以高校只有不断的完善管理制度，从毕业流动党员的思想入手，这样才能保证管理工作的顺利开展。本文通过对高校毕业生流动党员管理工作存在问题进行分析，然后提出完善毕业生流动党员管理工作的对策和建议，希望能够为相关人员带来帮助。

Abstract With the expansion of the major colleges and universities and the reform of the employment system for college graduates， the number of mobile graduates has become more and more， and the difficulty of management has become more and more serious. The traditional mobile party management system can no longer be applied to the current development of party members， so colleges and universities only have to constantly improve the management system， starting from the idea of graduating mobile party members， so as to ensure the smooth development of management. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of mobile party members in colleges and universities， and then proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the management of mobile party members. It is hoped that it will help the relevant personnel.

1 开展流动党员管理工作的重要性

中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会即将于2017年秋季在北京召开，全国人民都在为党的十九大胜利召开而努力工作，奉献自己的力量。“两学一做”学习教育活动开展一年多来，使得我们青年党员受益匪浅，来了一次思想洗礼，进一步增强了学好党章党纪的责任感、紧迫感，增强了爱国情感，学习教育活动起到了坚定立场、引领思想的作用。忘初心，立足本职。做为党员，在本职工作岗位上必须加强学习，增强意识，服从安排，顾全大局，服务群众，作出表率，以实际行动践行党的宗旨。做合格党员，要真正做到凡是有利于党和人民的就认真贯彻和执行，不利于党和人民的就坚决抵制和斗争。正确把握是与非、对与错、美与丑的界限，正确对待名与利，积极弘扬新风正气，坚决抵制歪风邪气。……
