摘 要 转型发展是国家调整高等教育结构的战略决策，整体转型是高校转型发展的模式之一。目前，引导部分本科高校转型发展改革的试点工作已经启动，整体转型背景下的高校公共课教师专业发展也将面临重新调整的挑战。本文通过分析整体转型高校公共课教师现状和转型给公共课教师带来的影响，提出适应整体转型发展需要的高校公共课教师专业发展方向与路径选择。

Abstract Transformation and development is the strategic decision of the state to adjust the structure of higher education. The overall transformation is one of the modes of university transformation and development. At present， the pilot work to guide the transformation and reform of some undergraduate colleges has been launched， and the professional development of public classroom teachers in colleges and universities will face the challenge of re-adjustment. This paper analyzes the status quo and transformation of public teachers in the whole transition universities to the public classroom teachers， and proposes the professional development direction and path selection of college public teachers to meet the needs of overall transformation and development.

在我國高等教育体系中，研究型大学和高职院校的定位相对明确，而地方本科高校大多存在定位不清、人才培养目标不明确的问题，培养的人才既不是研究型大学的学术型，也不是高职院校的技术型，学生就业时常有“高不成、低不就”困惑。因此，地方本科高校成为应用型转型的对象，引导这类高校向应用型转型，将推动我国高等教育结构优化，促进我国现代职业教育体系建设，最终为国家经济结构转型服务。

1 高校公共课教师专业发展现状

高校公共课是指面向全校各专业的学生都开设的必修课，包括外语、数学、语文、思政、体育。高校的公共课服务于大学生素质教育，是专业课的有益补充，公共课能够满足学生多元化的知识需求，能够完善学生的综合知识结构。高校的公共课教师承担着公共课理论知识传授和思维方法训练的工作。然而受 “以就业为导向”办学理念的影响，学校、教师和学生三方都存在重专业课轻公共课现象。……
