摘 要 随着教育改革的深入发展、社会各界对课堂效果重视度的提升，课堂观察俨然成为高职院校教学活动中不可或缺的一环。课堂观察不仅是观察师生在课堂上的互动，也是促进教师专业能力提升、丰富课堂教学实践、营造良好学术氛围的重要途径。通过调查川北幼专高职院校英语教师课堂观察现状，深入分析高职院校英语教师在课堂观察中存在的问题，由此提出相应解决对策，以期对高职院校英语教师课堂观察提供借鉴。

Abstract With the in-depth development of education reform and the increasing emphasis on classroom effects by all walks of life， classroom observation has become an indispensable part of the teaching activities of higher vocational colleges. Classroom observation is not only to observe the interaction between teachers and students in the classroom， but also to promote teachers' professional ability， enrich classroom teaching practice， and create a good academic atmosphere. By investigating the current situation of classroom observation of English teachers in North Sichuan College of Preschool Teacher Education， this paper analyzes the problems existing in the classroom observation of English teachers in higher vocational colleges， and proposes corresponding solutions to provide a reference for the classroom observation of English teachers in higher vocational colleges.

高职院校英语教师课堂观察指的是高职英语教师带着一定的研究目的，确定观察点，借用观察用具（摄像器材、观察记录表）等，对其他教师的教學理念及教学活动进行观察研究的一种评价式教研方法。课堂观察是与教学效果息息相关的，课前、课中、课后的观察研讨都为高职英语课堂提供了很好的借鉴意义。

1 高职院校英语教师课堂观察发展现状

川北幼儿师范高等专科学校（以下简称川北幼专）是经四川省人民政府批准成立的公办全日制普通高等专科学校。学校秉承“学高身正，志远行端” 的校训准则，培育“以教明德，以文化人”的幼专文化，为国家基础教育和地方经济社会的和谐发展做出了重要贡献。川北幼专英语专业教研室师资结构合理，中青年教师为主要力量，英语教学研究等活动有条不紊地进行。在英语教学活动中，课堂观察这一活动的体现形式主要有以下三种：
