摘 要 特殊教育学校最适合视障学生的专业就是按摩，也是重点专业。在课程设置中，充分考虑其生理缺陷，所开设的专业教学课堂能够满足生存和职业需要，且能够保证知识教学形式多样化，对视障学生具有吸引力，激发他们的学习兴趣。但按摩专业课程内容庞杂，要保证教学质量，就要采取有效的教学策略。本文针对提高按摩课的教学质量策略进行研究。

Abstract The special education school is best for the visually impaired students. It is a massage and a key specialty. In the curriculum setting， full consideration of its physiological defects， the professional teaching classroom can meet the needs of survival and occupation， and can ensure the diversity of knowledge teaching forms， attractive to visually impaired students， and stimulate their interest in learning. However， the content of the massage professional course is very complicated. To ensure the quality of teaching， it is necessary to adopt an effective teaching strategy. This paper aims to improve the teaching quality strategy of massage class.

0 引言

特殊教育学校所开设的按摩课程是以盲人按摩中专教材内容为参考展开教学的。该教材（全国十二五规划教材）适用于中等职业学校的学生，针对视障学生的生理特点，在教学指导上具有很强的实用性。在教学的过程中，要注重对视障学生的职业综合素质进行培养，落实到具体的实施中，按摩教学存在不少困难和一些值得注意的问题，诸如教学模式的“一刀切”、教学方法的“满堂灌”等等，直接影响教学质量的提高。本文试图就如何解决这些问题 ，提高视障学生按摩课教学质量应采取的教学策略，进行一些探讨。

1 将传统的“一刀切”教学模式转变为分类教学的模式

按摩课传统的教学模式是对于课堂上的所有学生采用“一刀切”的方式，没有考虑到学生之间所存在的差异（随班就读除外）。由于学生对于知识的接受能力不同、理解能力不同、个性特点不同，这种“一刀切”的教学方式可以满足个别学生的需求，基础非常好的学生对知识很快理解，就会产生骄傲自满的情绪；……
