摘 要 本文以胶东文化視阈下的高校文化为切入点，对胶东文化与高校文化建设进行现状调查和归因分析，并从地域文化角度对高校文化构建提供对策建议，将优势区域文化资源引入高校文化建设与发展的进程中，实现胶东优秀文化在高校文化中的传承创新。

Abstract Based on the university culture under the perspective of Jiaodong culture， this paper investigates the status quo and attribution analysis of Jiaodong culture and university culture construction， and provides countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of university culture from the perspective of regional culture， and introduces the regional cultural resources of superiority into university culture. In the process of construction and development， the inheritance and innovation of the excellent culture of Jiaodong in the university culture will be realized.

高校文化是高校建设发展的灵魂和血脉，是提升高校核心竞争力的关键因素，是高校建设发展的精神内核。同时，高校理应成为传承、弘扬中华优秀文化的重要基地，在其文化建设中充分体现中华文化之精华。本文以胶东文化视阈下的高校文化为切入点，将优势区域文化资源引入高校文化建设与发展的进程中，实现胶东优秀文化在高校文化中的传承创新。

1 高校文化及胶东文化建设现状研究

1.1 高校文化的内涵研究

国外关于校园文化的概念由美国学者华勒（W.Waller）于1932年提出，他将校园文化定义为学校中形成的特别的文化。国外对“高校文化”研究的侧重点在于对大学精神和大学理念的研究。国内对于高校文化的定义，广义来讲，高校文化可以泛指高校内部的一切活动及活动方式。狭义角度来看，主要是指高校范围内的团体意识、精神氛围、物质及精神产物等群体文化，近年来又发展为校园内所有对师生有现实影响和潜在影响的所有因素都纳入校园文化范围的“多要素说”。现阶段学者们对“高校文化”阐释略有不同，但意义相近。……
