教学过程

Step 1.Free talk

1. T:Hi, girl! What’s your name?Nicetomeetyou.Hi,boy! What’s your name?I think you like...You are wearing a...coat.What’s your name?What colour is your school bag?Oh,you like...

2. T:I know something about you.Now let me introduce myself.You know I’m Miss Zhang and my English name is Jessy.Hi,boys and girls.

Ss:Hi,Jessy.

T:Look at my coat.What colour?I like...Is it nice?

Ss:Yes!

T:Thank you.I bought it in a shopping mall.

设计意图:通过Free talk复习Unit 5和Unit 6的单词及句型;通过师生的信息差,引出shopping mall,为后面的教学铺垫主线。

Step 2.Presentation

1.Kid’s English Club

T:Look,this is the shopping mall.Oh,Who are in the shopping mall,too? Yes,Tom and Maryarein theshopping mall,too.

Today they will go to three places in the mall.The first place is Kids’English club,then they will go to a snack bar and at last they will go to the clothes shop.Let’s go and join them,OK?First,let’s go to the Kids English Club.I say let’s go,you say go go go!

设计意图:借助形象生动的图片引领学生进入shopping mall的情境,通过三个地点的呈现,帮助学生了解本课时的不同语境。

(1)Letter Land

T:Wow, here are two rooms.Room 1 Letter Land,Room 2 Word Land. That sounds interesting.

① Robert Man (声 ):Welcome to the Letter Land.

T:First,read the letters on the door.

② Robert Man(声):Good!

T: Good job.Let’s say one,two,three,open!(和学生一起说)

Robert:Oh,no!

T:What happened?

Robert:Please write the password.

T:Who can write the password?

教师请三位同学上黑板书写字母Uu,Vv,Ww,教师引导其他同学书空。

Robert Man(声):Great!(门被打开)Youcanenjoythe games here.

③ T:Wow,the walls are beautiful.Try to find the letters on the wall.

Rules:

A.Boys PK Girls

B.Each studentsaysone letter.

C. Each team has one minute.

D.If you can find 8 letters,you can get one star.

E.Ifyou can getmore than 8 letters,you can get another star.

T:We always say lady first.So girls first today! Girls ready?(板书 Girls/Boys头像)

T:(若字母没找全)There are stillsome lettersleft.Can you find them?

T:(如果都找出来,打成平手)Wow,the game ends in a tie.

T:(某一队获胜)Congratulations,boys/girls.

设计意图:在Letter time的教学中,教师设计了多种趣味的活动。首先,教师引导学生读门上的字母,复习旧知,引入新知Uu,Vv,Ww。之后,教师设置了通关密匙,引导学生书写字母Uu,Vv,Ww。在顺利通关之后,教师设计了男女生PK游戏,让学生在充满童趣的儿童画中找出已学的字母,寓教于乐。

(2)Word Land

T:You are so happy in Letter Land.Maybe Word Land is more interesting.Let’s go and see.

Robert Woman (声 ):Welcome to the Word Land.Let’s play the game:Brain storm---Find my friends.Try to say the similar words.

The words you say will charge the battery.

① 出示例词图片:pink/coat/sandwich

T:What is it?Yes,it’s a kind of colour/clothes/food.

② T:Can you saymore words?

③Teach new words:purple shirt/hamburger

设计意图:教师设计了一个Brain storm的活动,引导学生复习 Unit 5,Unit 6和 Unit 7的词汇,并在每一类中拓展了一个新词,为后面的综合运用做好铺垫。为了让游戏更具趣味性,教师采用了给电池充电的形式,学生每说出一个单词,电池就可以充电一部分,电池充满则表示任务已经完成。这样的评价方式,充分激发了学生的参与热情,让学生感受到语言学习的快乐。

2.Snack bar

T:Oh,so much nice food!Yummy! Look! Theyarein the snack bar.(出示snack bar图片)

Tom and Maryareatthe snack bar now.What would they like? Can you guess? Would Mary/Tom like...?

T:Maybe you’re right.I don’tknow.Whatwould they like exactly?

(1)Watch the cartoon:What food would they like?

(2) Listen again and fill in the blanks.

T:Oh,we know what they would like.What about me?Look,I’d like an egg and a hamburger. What about you?Hey,boy/girl,You can choose two.I’d like an egg and a hamburger,You’d like a/an _____anda/an______.Letmakea new rhyme.

教师第一段,学生第二段(做好动作示范)

T:Now it’s your turn.You can talk with your partner and use the pictures in the envelope.

设计意图:在Rhyme time的教学过程中,教师首先引导学生猜测Mary和Tom想要的食物。在信息差和好奇心的驱使下,学生对问题的解决产生内需,为小诗的学习做好铺垫。之后,教师采用看动画、听录音、跟读、小组读等方式带领学生逐步深入学习小诗。最后,在理解小诗的基础上,教师引导学生对小诗进行改编。生生之间利用教师提供的食物图片进行Chant式的交流,既很好地呈现了学生的实际需求,又巩固了所学的知识。

Step 3.Consolidation

Clothes shop

T:(出示Shopping center)We know Tom and Mary would like some food.Where are they going now? Look,they are going to B&G clothes shop.Let’s go!

Ss:Go go go!

T:Wow,there are so many nice clothes.I can see some dresses.What can you see?

T:What would they like?

1.师机对话

T:Let me ask Mary.

T:HiMary,look atthe caps.Would you like a cap?

M:No,thank you.

T:What about a skirt?

M:Yes,please.

T:What colour?

2.生机对话

T:How aboutTom?Who can give him some suggestions?You can use these sentences.Let’s read them together:Would you like a/an...?What about a/an...?(师贴板书)How to answer?

3.师生对话

T:Mary would like a skirt,Tom would like a jacket.What about you?

T:Hey,girl,what’syour name?(小声询问)OK,we are friends now.Look at the dresses.

T:Would you like a dress?

T:What about a cap?(如果不要dress,直接跳转到该问题)

T:Now it’syourturn to ask me.

4.生生对话

T:Children, what would you like? You can talk with your partner with these sentences(手指黑板),you also can add more words(手指屏幕).

设计意图:该环节是本课时最后的综合拓展,也是对本单元的综合拓展。在前面的两个新授课 时 中 ,“Would you like...?What about...”句型一直被用于谈论食物,为了拓展更多的语境,教师设置了去Clothes shop。在这个语境中,学生不但需要使用本单元重点句型,还需使用前两个单元的重点句型“Look at...What colour...?”等。这样的拓展活动,激活了学生的思维,整合了学生已学的知识,有助于提升学生的综合语言运用能力。

Step 4.Ticking time

T:Oh,time is limited.Are you happy in the shopping mall?In the shopping mall,first,we go to the Letter Land,so can you say and write lettersUu,Vv,Ww?IntheWordLand,can you say more words about food? In the snack bar and clothes shop,we see lots of food and clothes,can you use the sentences“Would you like...?”“What about...?”“Yes,please.”“No,thank you”to offer things?

设计意图:在评价环节,教师带领学生回顾本节课中的几个地点和相关知识,并引导学生进行自我评价,目的在于引导学生学会总结,让学生体验学习的快乐。

Step 5.Homework

1.Review the letters Aa-Ww and write the letters on your exercise book.

2.Saytherhymetoyour friends or parents.
