摘要：随着教育信息化步伐的不断加快，传统的课程资源已经不能满足学生个性化、多元化学习的需求，微课的出现适时的解决了这一问题。本文对《Excel在财务管理中的应用》课程进行微课设计，对两个班级不同的授课模式进行对比研究，并对微课在课程应用中的效果进行评估。研究结果表明，微课的应用效果较好，对激发学生的学习兴趣、培养学生学习的自主性具有积极成效。

Abstract： The traditional course resources cannot meet the needs of personalized and diversified learning of students with the accelerating pace of education informationization， but micro-course timely solved this problem. The micro-course is designed in the course of Excel in financial management in this paper， and comparative study of different teaching modes of two classes to analyze the effect of micro-course application in teaching. The results show that the application effect of micro-course is better， and it has positive effect on stimulating students' interest and cultivating their autonomy in learning.

0 引言

21世纪，随着信息技术的飞速发展，职业院校中传统教育方式、学习方式已经不能适应个性化、多元化的学生学习需求，如何合理运用新的信息技术，制作新颖的课程资源是教师面临的现状及挑战。在众多的课程资源形式中，微课以其“短、小、精、趣”的特征，迎合了信息时代学生的需求，也促进教师的信息化能力的提升。

从现有研究来看，微课能够解决45分钟课堂授课中，学生难以理解、掌握的知识，微课也能够解决学生个性化学习、按需学习和选择性学习、针对性学习的问题，因此，对于职业院校的课程改革来说，微课具有十分广阔的应用前景。

《Excel在财务管理中的应用》课程是将Excel的应用与财务管理、会计核算、投资理财结合起来，针对经济活动的具体问题，进行全面分析，帮助学生更好的理解在计算机上进行财务管理模型的建立方法，为不同企业的财务分析与决策提供依据的课程。……
