摘 要：在新时代背景下，大学生党员发展愈加成为高校基层党建工作的重中之重，中共中央、国务院《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》中也明确指出，大学生入党积极分子代表着积极向上的学生群体[1]，是党的生力军和后备力量，要保证党的先进性、纯洁性和战斗力，加强大学生入党积极分子的教育培养显得越发迫切。文章主要分析了目前动物医学院在发展党员过程中存在的一些问题，并阐述了动物医学院在加强和改进入党积极分子教育培养过程中所做的具体措施。

Abstract： Under the background of a new era， the development of college student party members has become the most important task of party construction at the grassroots level. The CPC Central Committee and the State Council's "Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Political Education of University Students" also explicitly states that college students are active members of the party. Representing a positive student group [1] is the party's vital force and reserve force. It is imperative to ensure that the party's advanced nature， purity， and combat effectiveness are strong and the education and training of activists who strengthen the college entrance into the party becomes more urgent. This article mainly analyzes the problems in the process of developing more party members in animal medical schools and expounds on the specific measures taken by animal medical schools in strengthening and improving the education and training of activists who have joined the party.
