摘 要：以高校课程理论框架“学术计划”和“结构与后结构主义”课程结构观为指导，深入挖掘研究生课程结构的核心要素，通过设置“课程+科研+双创”有机结合的课程体系，构建“专题+讲座+教师团队”模块式课程结构，开展“基础+能力+差异”的研究生公共课改革工作，探索“學校+基地+专业实践”的企业课程开发模式，建立“监督+指导+评价”的研究生课堂教学评价体系，形成了能较好实现研究生教育本体目标，彰显研究生教育特点的“三要素+”研究生课程结构。

Abstract： Guided by the "academic plan" of the university curriculum theoretical framework and the curriculum structure theory of "structure and post-structuralism "， core elements of the graduate student curriculum structure are dug deeply， forming the "three elements +" graduate student curriculum structure which can better realize the ontology target of graduate education and reveal the characteristics of graduate education by setting organically bound curriculum system of "course + research + double creating"， building the modular curriculum structure of "special subject + lecture + teachers team"， carrying out the graduate student common course reform of "base + capacity + difference"， exploring enterprise curriculum development model of "school + base + professional practice"， establishing graduate student classroom teaching evaluation system of "supervision + guidance +evaluation".

2014年12月，教育部颁布《关于改进和加强研究生课程建设的意见》，研究生课程改革在研究生综合改革中的作用日益突显，课程在研究生培养中的地位得到了高度重视。如何有效地发挥课程在研究生培养质量、创新能力提升方面的作用，成为研究生教育改革的热点和难点问题。

我校是湖南省研究生课程改革首批试点单位，学校高度重视研究生课程改革，以高校课程理论框架“学术计划”为指导，从课程体系优化、精品课程建设、课程资源开发到课堂教学评价等方面进行了大量有效地探索，通过深入挖掘课程结构的核心要素，围绕核心要素构建具有特色的“三要素+”有机结合的研究生课程结构，在课程理念、课程开发方面形成了具有特色的课程建设模式。

一、理论基础

（一）“学术计划”——课程理论框架
