摘 要：根据高等教育创新性人才培养目标，我国的研究生教育实现了学术型和专业型的分类培养。为适应新的研究生培养模式，相应的导师制度也需要补充和完善。借鉴国内外各种导师制的特点，提出构建导师团队在完善导师制度、促进学科交叉、加强产学研结合的作用。同时，指出了导师团队的四种工作方式。这种导师制度的改革将有利于形成导师团队协同育人，学生之间协作创新的研究生培养环境。

Abstract： For cultivation of innovative graduate students， the students are classified into two kinds： academic graduate students and professional graduate students. The tutor system should make adjustments to adapt the new training mode. Based on the characters of different tutor system both domestic and international， tutor group is proposed in this paper to improve tutor system， promote interdisciplinary and strengthen the university-industry cooperation. In the meanwhile， four types of work patterns are recommended. Tutors can give cooperative guidance and students can make cooperative research under this tutor system.

教育強则国家强。我国坚持把教育摆在优先发展的战略位置，把提高质量作为教育的生命线。对于高等教育方面，《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》明确指出，到2020年，高等教育结构更加合理，特色更加鲜明，人才培养、科学研究和社会服务整体水平全面提升。改革开放以来中国经济的快速发展离不开高等教育的有力支撑。当前，我国经济社会又进入了一个新的发展阶段。实现经济结构调整新旧动能转化，依赖于新兴产业和高技术装备，关键在于创新型人才的培养。纲要的第十九条就提出了要大力推进研究生培养机制改革。因为高等教育中的研究生就是要解决本学科领域的前沿科学问题和技术，其培养目标、培养方式等都应与新的经济发展要求相适应。
