摘 要：信息时代，数字化教材作为教材的一种新形式，已成为高校教育教学改革的重要组成部分，其对教育教学的促进作用也越来越明显，各高校也越来越重视其建设与发展。数字化教材的质量是数字化教材建设的重要内容，决定着数字化教材建设的成效。文章在前期调查研究的基础上，通过分析研究，初步构建了数字化教材建设的质量评价指标体系。

Abstract： Digital textbooks as a new form of teaching material in Information Age is an important part of the higher education reform. Its educational role is becoming more and more obvious and therefore all colleges and universities also pay more attention to the construction and development of compilation of digital textbooks. The quality of digital teaching materials which determines the effectiveness of digital textbooks construction， is important to the construction of digital teaching materials. In this paper， on the basis of previous studies， through analysis and research， author puts forward the quality evaluation index system on the construction of digital teaching materials.

信息化和高科技為我们的学习、生活等带来了全方位、宽领域、多趣味的海量信息，并在具体领域能存储处理、选择、运用方面做到智能化和快捷化，将其作为一种教材，运用在教学上无疑能起到前所未有的积极作用。在高等教育教材方面，数字化教材在许多高校已作为教学改革项目获得立项，正处于大力研究阶段并已取得可喜成果。其中，教材质量建设至关重要。为了全面、客观地评价数字化教材的编制质量，提高数字化教材建设水平，作者总结研究了有关高校近年来数字化教材建设工作经验，初步构建了高校数字化教材质量评价指标体系。

数字化教材建设质量评价指标初步分为三个等级，一级指标包括教学指标、软件指标和媒体指标3项。其中，教学指标含有4项二级指标和10项三级指标；软件指标含有3项二级指标和7项三级指标；媒体指标含有3项二级指标和8项三级指标。
