摘 要：社会需求与医学知识在不断发展，提升发展医学机能实验教学的综合性、创新性和精湛性，培养合格的高校医学毕业生是当代大学人才教育必需的要求。山东大学基础医学院与国内其他高校及医学科技公司联合合作，引进新科技应用，实验内容创新和融合，互补借鉴，提高发展了医学机能实验的教学水平，适应了社会发展和高校医学高素质人才培育的要求。

Abstract： In the continuous development of social needs and medical knowledge， improvement of comprehensiveness， innovation and refinement of medical function experiment teaching and cultivation of qualified medical graduates of colleges and universities are necessary requirements of contemporary university education. Adapting to the social development and the requirement of high-quality talent cultivation in colleges and universities， Shandong University's School of Basic Medical Science cooperates with other universities and medical technology companies to apply new technology and equipment， complete experiment content innovation and integration， and improve the level of the medical function experiment teaching.

当前国内外高等医学院校机能综合实验中心的建立是提高医学教育水平的成功实践[1]。然而，社会体系需求与医学知识在不断发展，为了适应时代进展和医学人才教育的要求，不断进取建设一流融合创新性教学实验中心，提升医学机能实验教学的综合性、创新性和精湛性是刻不容缓和必须的，同时各高等院校之间的互补学习也很有必要[2-4]。特别针对国际上转化医学概念的出现以及现代实验技术手段的不断更新，实验教学手段应该为培养应用型和研究应用型人才提供体制和机制保障。改变传统基础医学的实验教学模式，创建“以培养能力为核心，系统化、多层次、多模块、研究型、开放式”、符合研究教学型办学定位的实验教学新体系[5]。通過学科整合，使实验教学内容充分体现科研与教学结合、基础与临床结合、实验教学与创新实践结合的转化医学特点，使实验教学成为既与理论教学相互依托、相互促进又相对独立、自成系统的实验教学体系。……
