摘 要：医院在日常的管理中，由于医院科室的原因，账务管理困难，加之人员流动性较大，给医院的日常管理带来了很大的困难。引入医院资源规划管理，将信息化的技术与实际工作相互连接，很好地解决了日常管理中遇到的问题。本文详细地对系统的建设进行了阐述，对策略使用中出现的问题进行了分析，并提出了合理化的解决思路，旨在使医院资源规划系统更好地服务于医院的日常管理，提高医院的办事看病效率。

Abstract：In the daily management of the hospital，due to the reasons of the hospital department，the difficulty of accounting management，coupled with the greater turnover of personnel，has brought great difficulties to the daily management of the hospital. By introducing hospital resource planning and management，the information technology is connected with the actual work，which solves the problems encountered in daily management. This article in detail elaborates the construction of system，analyze the strategy in the use of questions，and put forward reasonable solution，designed to improve the service use of hospital resources planning system in the daily management of the hospital，improve the efficiency of hospitals medical treatment.

0 引 言

随着医疗改革的不断深入，对于医院机构的改革也在不断地深入，更好地解决医疗资源和实际医疗需求之间的矛盾是当下亟待解决的问题。通过大量的市场调研发现，现阶段医院医生大量工作消耗在日常的管理之中，最为突出的是财务体系建设，在这样的条件下引入资源规划管理系统可以大大减少醫生在日常管理的任务，留出时间为更多的患者提供优质高效的服务。

1 医院资源规划的概况

HRP（Hospital Resource Planning，HRP）的核心理念是将基于企业管理中成熟的资源计划模式运用在管理当中，将该系统与医院的信息相互融合，形成整套的医院管理流程运行模式，在信息化的控制中，对采集的信息进行分享和转化。其中，将医院日常管理中的支出部分计入资源平台中，包括每日的流水台账、设备使用和耗材使用情况，将医院的收入和住院费用进行核算，形成具体的资源收支平台。……
