摘 要：科技馆在宏观上运用和融入智慧城市发展理念和技术，在微观上运用新一代信息技术革命成果解决发展痛点和问题，已然成为科技馆行业达成共识的重要实践。本文简要概括建设智慧科技馆将解决的关键问题，以及主要建设内容、取得成效，为科技馆建设智慧场馆提供思考。

Abstract：It has become an important practice to reach a consensus in the industry of science and technology at the macro level to apply and integrate the concept and technology of the development of the intelligent city，and to solve the problems in the development of the new generation of information technology revolution. This paper briefly summarizes the key problems that will be solved by the building of the museum of science and technology，as well as the main construction content and achievements，providing a reflection on the construction of the intelligent gymnasium for the science and technology museum.

0 引 言

隨着时代的发展，以新一代移动互联网、大数据、物联网、区块链、人工智能、云计算为基础的新一代信息技术迅速发展，各行各业刚从数字化技术革命的浪潮翻腾过来，立即进入了以数据为支撑的数据信息时代，技术导向下的各行各业都涌现了新的动力和发展生机，社会的层层变革也为科普场馆行业带来了跨越式发展的曙光。作为与信息技术密切相关的数据高聚集领域，科普场馆一直以来面临着许多制约发展的现实瓶颈问题，难以获得有效突破。在新一代信息技术的推动下，科普场馆管理、经营、运行、营销、服务等模式都将迎来深刻的变革，这也将为科普场馆的发展和繁荣起到越来越重要的作用。[1]这些新技术的发展和变革，在科普场馆的信息化平台建设方面得到最直观的呈现，最终体现在场馆的综合服务平台上。主要包括前端应用体系、后端支撑体系两大层次，由综合智能服务体系实现互联互通。本文在大量阅读国内外科普场馆信息化建设案例、文献的基础上，提出智慧科技馆建设方向的初步设想。……
