[摘要] 目的 探讨达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗糖尿病合并多囊卵巢综合征的效果。 方法 选取该科2017年2月—2018年2月诊治的糖尿病合并多囊卵巢综合征患者36例，随机分为两组各18例，观察组给予达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗，对照组给予达英-35治疗。 结果 观察组总有效率为88.9%，明显优于对照组72.2%（P<0.05）；观察组LH、FSH、T、FINS、FPG均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。 结论 达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗糖尿病合并多囊卵巢综合征效果明显，值得应用。

Clinical Study of Da Ying-35 Combined with Metformin in the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of Da Ying-35 combined with metformin in the treatment of diabetic patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods Thirty-six patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with polycystic ovary syndrome were enrolled in the department from February 2017 to February 2018. They were randomly divided into two groups： 18 patients. The observation group was treated with Da Ying-35 combined with Da Ying-35 treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.9%， which was significantly better than that of the control group（72.2%）（P<0.05）. The LH， FSH， T， FINS and FPG of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Da Ying-35 combined with metformin is effective in the treatment of diabetes mellitus with polycystic ovary syndrome and is worthy of application.

多囊卵巢綜合征（PCOS）是生育年龄女性常见的内分泌紊乱综合征。据报道，PCOS发病占育龄女性的5～10%[1]。PCOS由于雄性激素分泌过多出现闭经、肥胖、痤疮、多毛等高雄激素症状，还伴有高胰岛素血症以及糖耐量异常[2]，不仅影响了女性生殖内分泌功能和卵巢功能，还能引起糖尿病、高血脂等严重并发症，对女性身体及心理健康带来严重伤害。近年来研究发现达英-35和二甲双胍用于PCOS患者具有调节内分泌紊乱、恢复月经、提高排卵率的作用[3]。为探讨其效果，该文对该科2017年2月—2018年2月诊治的18例糖尿病合并多囊卵巢综合征患者应用达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取该科诊治的糖尿病合并多囊卵巢综合征患者36例，随机将患者分为两组各18例，观察组年龄20～38岁，平均（27.5±1.3）岁，糖尿病病程2～6年，平均（3.5±1.0）年，伴月经稀发12例，痤疮5例，不孕8例，不孕时间平均（3.7±1.0）年；对照组年龄19～36岁，平均（28.1±1.5）岁，糖尿病病程2～7年，平均（3.1±0.7）年，伴月经稀发10例，痤疮6例，不孕6例，不孕时间平均（3.8±0.6）年。患者均经B超检查提示卵巢一侧或双侧有多囊性病变，生化检查提示雄激素升高。……
