[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of intensive insulin pump on diabetic ketoacidosis. Methods A total of 92 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to the department from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups: 46 patients. The observation group was treated with intensive insulin pump and the control group was treated with small dose of insulin. treatment. Results The blood glucose compliance time, urinary ketosis time, blood ketone recovery time and PH recovery time were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of FPG, insulin dosage and hypoglycemia were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Insulin pump intensive treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis is effective, can effectively control the patient's condition, shorten the recovery time of various indicators, and reduce the occurrence of hypoglycemia.
