[摘要] 目的 探究健康干预对糖尿病病情控制的护理效果。 方法 从2013年10月—2017年10月选取48例糖尿病患儿，进行回顾性分析，根据护理方式的不同，将患儿分成两组，观察组和对照组，每组24例，其中对照组为常规护理方式。观察组为健康干预护理方式。观察比较两组糖尿病患儿的护理效果。 结果 采用健康干预护理的观察组患儿，空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平明显低于对照组，并且观察组患儿的糖化血红蛋白明显比对照组低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 健康干预对糖尿病病情控制有显著的效果，能够延缓病情进展，提高患儿的生活质量。

Effect of Health Intervention in Nursing of Diabetes in Children

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of health intervention in nursing of diabetes in children.

Methods 48 cases of diabetes children from October 2013 to October 2017 were retrospectively analyzed， and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods， with 24 cases in each， the control group used the routine nursing method， while the observation group used the healthy intervention nursing method， and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose level in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group， and the glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The health intervention in controlling the diabetes can produce an obvious effect， which can prolong the disease progress， and improve the quality of life of children.

糖尿病是常見的慢性终身性疾病，发病率比较高，主要是由于患儿体内胰岛素分泌和作用失效引起的。随着生活水平的提高，以及生活环境和饮食结构的改变，糖尿病发病率有不断增高的趋势，并且呈低龄化的倾向[1-2]。部分患儿由于家庭条件、文化程度等因素，不重视糖尿病的治疗和控制，影响患儿的正常生活。如果长期不能控制血糖，可能损害神经、肾脏、心肌等器官组织，严重威胁患儿的生命健康[3]。对于糖尿病的管理需要综合药物治疗、心理治疗、健康教育、运动治疗、饮食治疗和病情监测等，有效的护理对控制病情有重要的意义。2013年10月—2017年10月为探究健康干预对糖尿病病情控制的护理效果，特选取48例糖尿病患儿进行研究，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取48例糖尿病患儿。所有患儿符合WHO制定的糖尿病诊断标准，并且明确研究目的，签署知情同意书。……
