[摘要] 目的 分析二甲双胍治疗老年社区糖尿病的效果。方法 选取老年社区2016年2月—2017年2月所收治的糖尿病患者80例，采用奇偶法分为研究组（n=40）和参照组（n=40），参照组给予诺和灵N治疗，研究组给予二甲双胍治疗，对比2组患者各项指标变化情况以及不良反应。结果 研究组血糖变化情况优于参照组，组间对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），研究组血脂各项指标均优于参照组，组间对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），研究组不良反应发生率2.5%低于参照组发生率22.5%，组间对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 治疗老年社区糖尿病采用二甲双胍能够有效改善患者血糖以及血脂变化情况。

Observation on Effect of Melbine in Treatment of Senile Community Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of melbine in treatment of senile community diabetes. Methods 80 cases of diabetes patients admitted and treated in the senile community from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each， the control group and the research group were respectively treated with Novolin N and melbine， and changes of various indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The changes of blood glucose in the research group was better than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）， and various indexes of blood liquid in the research group were better than those in the control group， and the differences were statisticaly significant（P<0.05）， and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the research group was lower than that in the control group （2.5% vs 22.5%）， and the difference was statisticaly significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The melbine in treatment of senile community diabetes patients can effectively improve the changes of blood glucose and blood liquid.

隨着生活水平质量的不断提高，人们生活方式也逐渐发生改变，不良生活模式以及不良饮食习惯导致糖尿病的发病率逐年升高，并且临床发病人群多半以老年患者为主。糖尿病患者身体在进行代谢过程当中，极易出现蛋白质、糖类、脂肪等物质异常情况，并且对逐渐扰乱患者电解质水平，从而导致患者出现各种严重并发症，对患者生命健康造成严重威胁。糖尿病是以高血糖为临床主要症状的一种代谢性疾病，该种疾病主要发病原因为患者胰岛素分泌发生缺陷，从而导致患者血糖升高，长此以往对患者身体功能会产生严重影响，导致患者身体机能逐渐衰退，影响患者生活质量，目前临床治疗该种疾病的药物较多，但治疗效果均不显著，为了研究治疗糖尿病采用二甲双胍治疗的效果，特选取2016年2月—2017年2月所收治的糖尿病患者80例进行回顾性分析，对比诺和灵N治疗方式与二甲双胍治疗方式对患者血糖、血脂的改善情况，分析对于老年社区糖尿病防治过程当中的药物治疗效果以及临床价值，现报道如下。……
