[摘要] 目的 研究护理干预对糖尿病患者合并抑郁症的影响效果。方法 选取该院自2014年2月—2017年9月26例糖尿病合并抑郁症患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，各13例，对照组采用常规治疗，观察组采用常规治疗加护理干预，比较两组各项血糖指标及抑郁情况。结果 观察组患者治疗后各项血糖指标及抑郁评分均优于该组治疗前，观察组各项血糖指标及抑郁评分均优于对照组，且差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 護理干预能够改善患者的糖代谢水平，缓解其抑郁的心理状态。

Analysis of Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Patients with Diabetes Combined with Depression

[Abstract] Objective To research the effect of nursing intervention on the patients with diabetes combined with depression. Methods 26 cases of patients with diabetes combined with depression in our hospital from February 2014 to September 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 13 cases in each， the control group used the routine therapy， while the observation group used the nursing intervention on the basis of the control group， and various blood glucose indexes and depression were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment， various blood glucose indexes and depression scores n the observation group were better than those before treatment， and those in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention can improve the glycometabolism level and relieve the depression.

糖尿病是一种发病率较高的慢性疾病，患者在接受药物治疗的过程中需要对饮食方式进行严格地控制，这使得患者的身体和心理出现极大的压力，加之长期治疗所产生的经济负担，极易导致其出现抑郁症状[1]。迄今为止，对于糖尿病和抑郁症之间的关系医学界有三种假说：①认为搪尿病产生的心理压力效应有可能导致抑郁；②是糖尿病出现的生化变化和其治疗有可能导致抑郁；③是糖尿病和抑郁有可能互相影响[2]。有些学者认为糖尿病的发生使患者出现抑郁的几率增大，即糖尿病所伴随的生理功能限制和糖尿病的并发症促使患者出现抑郁症状，还有些学者认为抑郁的出现使机体出现糖尿病的几率加大了[2]。有研究报道，约有20%～40%的糖尿病患者出现抑郁症状[3]。当糖尿病患者伴有抑郁症状时，其养成良好生活习惯、改善饮食方式、坚持治疗的能力会受到严重的影响，出现糖尿病并发症和功能性残疾的几率升高，严重的抑郁则会威胁患者的生命，所以对糖尿病合并抑郁症患者实施护理干预是非常必要的，现选取2014年2月—2017年9月对26例患者为研究对象，报道如下。……
