[摘要] 目的 对高龄直肠癌合并糖尿病患者腹腔手术围术期护理效果进行分析。方法 选取2016年8月—2017年8月该院收治的高龄直肠癌患者80例，按照是否合并糖尿病分为糖尿病组和非糖尿病组，对腹腔镜手术围术期护理进行分析。结果 通过围术期进行护理干预，糖尿病组术后并发症发生率与非糖尿病组差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），但是糖尿病组的护理满意度显著高于非糖尿病组（P<0.05）。结论 对高龄直肠癌合并糖尿病患者行腹腔镜手术围术期进行有效的护理，能够减少术后并发症的出现，提高患者护理满意度，以帮助患者早日痊愈。

Perioperative Nursing of 40 Cases of Senile Rectal Cancer and Diabetes Patients after the Laparoscopic Surgery

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing of senile rectal cancer and diabetes patients after the laparoscopic surgery. Methods 80 cases of senile rectal cancer and diabetes patients admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected and divided into the diabetes group and non-diabetes group， and the perioperative nursing after the laparoscopic surgery was analyzed. Results After the nursing intervention during the perioperative period， the difference in the incidence rate of complications after surgery between the two groups was not obvious（P>0.05）， but the satisfactory degree in the diabetes group was obviously higher than that in the non-diabetes group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The effective nursing of senile rectal cancer and diabetes patients after the laparoscopic surgery can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications and improve the nursing satisfactory degree thus helping patients recover as soon as possible.

糖尿病是外科手術中的主要危险因素之一，能增加腹部外科手术患者的病死率及并发症。老年结直肠癌合并糖尿病患者术后出现并发症的几率要明显高于非糖尿病患者，甚至会导致不良预后效果。为了探讨高龄直肠癌合并糖尿病患者腹腔镜手术围术期的护理效果，该研究选取2016年8月—2017年8月于该院收治的40例患者为研究对象，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取该院收治的高龄直肠癌合并糖尿病患者80例，男女比例为3∶2；年龄为75～95周岁，平均年龄80.5周岁。按照是否合并糖尿病分为研究组和对照组各40例，其中糖尿病的诊断按1999年的WHO诊断标准执行，术前行电子结肠镜检查，通过组织病理检查确诊，术前餐后2 h血糖≥11.1 mmol/L或空腹血糖均>7.0 mmol/L[1]。

1.2 检测血糖的方法

围术期的血糖检测采取的是患者的指尖血糖，利用快速血糖仪检测，采血时要选择未输液的一侧手指。在手术前对三餐后2 h血糖和空腹血糖进行检测；术……
