摘要：根据学习支持服务的基本理念和原则，探讨在高职院校实施以数字化学习中心为支撑平台的教学活动中个性化学习支持服务体系的构建。提出了学习支持服务实现的方法和思路，包括坚持导师制度、重视技术支持团队建设、倡导朋辈互学、线上线下结合、依靠大数据技术、适当运用人工智能等。

Abstract： According to the basic concepts and principles of learning support services， this paper discusses the construction of personalized learning support service system in the teaching activities of higher vocational colleges with digital learning center as the supporting platform. The methods and ideas for implementing learning support services are proposed， including adhering to the tutor system， attaching importance to the construction of technical support teams， advocating peer-to-peer learning， online and offline integration， relying on big data technology， and appropriate use of artificial intelligence.

0 引言

在大数据与云计算的时代，新兴的互联网+思想深刻影响着全社会，在教育教学领域也在推动着一场变革，以互联网为依托的教学资源共享已经成为一种趋势[1]，以手机等新兴学习终端为外在表现的新学习模式和学习手段，对传统教学方式产生了巨大的冲击。可以断言，构建以教学资源平台为基础、在线开放课程为表现、学习支持服务为灵魂的新型数字化学习中心，将成为一定时期内混合教学发展的重要课题。

1 数字化学习中心的三层平台

国内院校在此前的网络教学资源平台建设中，产生了大量的、优质的数字化教学资源，这些资源以资源设计者或管理者的视角进行了分类存储。在以往的教学活动中，广大教师已经发现，在海量的资源中找到合适的资源并得心应手的使用时非常困难的。这一问题在以学习者为主导的自主学习过程中更加凸显，海量的资源往往让学习者无从下手，大大降低了学习的兴趣，也制约了学习的效果。……
