摘要：在科学技术不断发展和完善下，工程施工技术和工艺不断推陈出新，盾构设备作为一种隧道全断面施工专用设备，从引进国外产品到自行研制，国产设备逐渐成为地铁施工的中坚力量，可以打造更加前沿的盾构设备。但是，在具体施工中，盾构设备的应用环境较为复杂，发生了不同程度上的变化，加强盾构设备管理成为一项重要内容，直接关乎到隧道工程施工安全和质量。本文就盾构设备管理进行分析，立足于实际情况，寻求合理对策予以实践以求进一步完善盾构设备管理工作。

Abstract： Under the continuous development and improvement of science and technology， engineering construction technology is constantly being updated. Shield equipment is used as a special equipment for tunnel full-section construction. From the introduction of foreign products to self-development， China's domestic equipment has gradually become the backbone of subway construction， and can create more cutting-edge shield equipment. However， in the specific construction， the application environment of shield equipment is more complicated， and changes have been made to varying degrees. Strengthening the management of shield equipment has become an important content， which is directly related to the safety and quality of tunnel construction. This paper analyzes the management of shield equipment， based on the actual situation， and seeks reasonable countermeasures to practice in order to further improve the management of shield equipment.

0 引言

在城市现代化建设进程不断推进背景下，越来越多先进技术和工艺涌现，隧道施工盾构设备数量不斷增长，大大推动了城市轨道交通事业建设和发展。在隧道工程施工中，通过盾构设备的应用，有助于提升工程施工效率和施工安全，降低安全事故的几率。但尽管如此，当前的地铁隧道施工中安全事故屡见不鲜，包括地面塌陷、喷涌、变形和涌砂等问题，在一定程度上提升盾构设备管理成效，在隧道施工中更大的作用。加强盾构设备管理，是隧道施工发展的必然选择，可以为后续相关工作提供支持。

1 盾构设备管理概述

盾构设备管理是通过一些技术、经济和组织手段，实现对设备全寿命周期的科学管理，将其贯穿于盾构设备规划设计、生产制造、购置、安装、使用、维护和改造等全过程。……
