【摘 要】 实验动物学是生命科学、医学和药学等领域的支撑学科，在教学和科研领域实验动物被用作一类特殊的研究对象，运用于疾病机理的探讨、治疗方法的研究，在药物的药效学、药理学及毒理学评价等实验中也发挥极为重要的作用。在高等医学教育中，实验动物学已经成为具有特有理论体系和学科特色的应用性很强的一门学科，探索简易且实用的教学方法，有利于提高医学院校实验动物学的教学质量，并为培养具有实践能力和创新能力的高素质医学专门人才奠定基础，从而提高学生自身的综合素质，推进实验动物学的教学改革。

Abstract：Laboratory animal science is a supporting discipline in the fields of life science， medicine and pharmacy.Experimental animals as a special subject in the teaching and scientific research， were used in the study of the mechanism of disease， the study of treatment methods， and played an extremely important role in the pharmacodynamics， pharmacology and toxicology evaluation of drugs.It has become a highly applied subject with unique theoretical system and subject characteristicsin higher medical education.The simple and practical teaching method will be propitious to improve the teaching quality of Laboratory animal science in medical colleges and universities， and lay the foundation for cultivating high quality medical professionals with practical and innovative ability.Also， in order to improve the students comprehensive quality and promote the teaching reform of laboratory animal science as a result of improving students comprehensive quality and push forward the teaching reform of laboratory animal science.

實验动物学在医学院校的教学、科研领域起着重要的支撑作用，是一门融合生命科学、基础医学、临床医学、兽医学、微生物与寄生虫学、营养与应用、工程与环境以及多种生物学技术等多种基础学科发展而形成的实践性较强的新兴综合性边缘学科，具有独特理论体系和学科特色。随着实验动物学科的发展，其研究中应用标准化的实验动物进行标准化的动物实验日益受到人们的重视，很多标准化动物实验的应用在医学和畜牧兽医学相关学科的发展中发挥了重要的支撑和促进作用，此外，在生物医学许多研究领域中的重大发现大多是来自动物实验[1]。

近年来，随着国家科技部和科学技术相关部门对实验动物学科发展的高度重视，实验动物学已经逐渐成为大多数医学高等院校学生的必修或选修课程。……
