【摘 要】 目的：观察黑老虎经穴导入脉冲电磁法治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：60例痛风性关节炎患者被随机划分为脉冲电磁法组（治疗组）和药物组（对照组）各30例，观察治疗前后两组的疼痛视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分、尿酸浓度，评定临床疗效并随访1个月以追踪临床疗效。结果：治疗组治愈率及总有效率均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组治疗后的VAS评分、尿酸浓度均较前降低（P<0.01），且治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：黑老虎经穴导入脉冲电磁法治疗痛风性关节炎临床疗效显著，其治疗效果优于单纯电针组，在疗效持久性方面更具有优势。

Abstract：Objective This study aims to observe the clinical effect of introduction with kadsura on acupoint by pulse-electromagnetic method in the treatment of gouty arthritis. Methods 60 cases of patients with gouty arthritis were randomly divided into pulse-electromagnetic method group （treatment group） and medication group （control group） 30 cases， which were observed the pain visual analogue scale （VAS） and the concentration of uric acid from two groups before and after treatment. Then to evaluate the clinical efficacy and to track clinical curative effect after the follow-up for 1 month. Results The cure rate and the total effective rate of the treatment group were superior to those of the control group， the difference was statistically significant.（P<0.05）. After the treatment， the scores of two groups were lower than that of the control group （P<0.01）， and the excellent rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The introduction with kadsura on acupoint by pulse-electromagnetic method in the treatment of gouty arthritis has curative effect， which has better treatment effect than that of electroacupuncture group， and having more advantages in effect of persistence.

痛風为体内嘌呤代谢紊乱和（或）尿酸排泄障碍所致血尿酸增高的一组异质性疾病，它以趾、指等关节红肿疼痛或伴发热等为主要临床表现。据临床观察发现，痛风性关节炎好发于下肢，疼痛发作时痛感较剧烈，且该病容易反复发作，严重者可致关节畸形、活动障碍。本病当归属于祖国医学“痹证”的范畴，它以脾肾两虚为本，湿浊、热毒为标。素体脾肾不足，气血生化不足，运化失司，或因平素饮食不节，嗜食肥甘厚腻或贪杯过度，又或因岭南湿热气候，致使痰湿之邪内蕴脏腑，流注关节，阻碍气血运行，则容易化瘀，湿、痰、瘀诸邪阻结，留困肢体关节，经络痹阻，不通则痛，发为本病。

近年来，随着人们物质生活水平的提高和饮食结构的改变，痛风发病率呈逐年上升的趋势，且发病年龄也趋年轻化，而目前治疗手段乏善可陈，治疗效果也难以令人满意。
