【摘 要】 目的：建立维吾尔药材石榴花的质量标准，提高其质量控制水平。方法：参照《中国药典》2015年版通则相关方法，测定石榴花药材的水分、灰分、浸出物含量；以石榴花药材中没食子酸和粉末相关特征性结构成分作为相关指标，采用薄层色谱法和显微鉴别法进行定性鉴别研究。结果：该10批次石榴花药材测定结果为水分在6.64%～9.36%之间，总灰分在6.34%～14.14%之间，浸出物在61%～65.07%之间。薄层色谱法结果表明其分离度较好，斑点较为清晰。显微鉴别中相关特征性结构成分，具有一定的适用性。结论：实验所建立的方法准确可靠，可用于维吾尔药材石榴花内在的质量控制与评价。

Abstract：Objective In order to establish the quality satndard of pomegranate flower and improve its quality control level. Methods The water，total ash，water-soluble and alcohol-soluble extract were determined according to procedures recorded in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia （2015 edition）. The qualitative and quantitative analyses were performed by thin identification and microscopic identification methods. Result The results showed that the water content was 6.64%～9.36%，total ash was 6.34%～14.14%，and the alcohol-soluble extract was 61%～65.07%. The thin identification and microscopic identification methods are also satisfactory，the results showed that had a good resoulution with clear spots and charactereristic structural component. Conclusion It was concluded that the developed method was accurate and good in specificity，which can be used for quality control of pomegranate flower in the future.

石榴花為石榴科植物石榴Punica granatum L.的干燥花瓣，是维吾尔族习用药材，维语名为阿娜尔、古丽娜。维医认为其性质二级干寒，具有收敛止泻，止汗止血的作用，常用于腹泻日久；外用于治疗出血不止，口舌生疮，脱肛痔疮，口臭牙疼，皮肤瘙痒[1]。被收载于《卫生部药品标准·维吾尔药分册》（1999年版），《中华本草·维吾尔药卷》（2005年版）。研究发现，石榴花中含有酚酸类，黄酮类、挥发油、萜类、葡萄糖、果糖等化学成分，其中没食子酸含量相对较高[2-3]，具有抗菌、抗病毒、降压降脂、抗氧化、抗糖尿病、保肝护肝等药理活性[4-5]。在石榴花鉴别项中，仅有《维吾尔药分册》中有关于性状及显微鉴别，而无其他水分、灰分、薄层等鉴别相关项。……
