【摘 要】 目的：利用高效液相色谱法测定不同产地五味子中5种木脂素类成分的含量，并比较其差异。方法：采用菲罗门XB-C18色谱柱（250mm×4.6mm，5μm）；流动相：乙腈（A）-水（B），梯度洗脱（0～10min，A为50%；10～15min，A为50%～75%；15～25min，A为75%；25～30min，A为75%～50%）；检测波长：217nm；流速：1.0mL/min；柱温：30℃；进样体积：10μL。结果：5种木脂素类成分与相邻组分分离度均大于1.5，方法学考察结果均符合有关规定。结论：不同产地五味子中木脂素类成分含量存在较大程度的差异，建立的HPLC方法能够同时测定五味子药材中的5种成分的含量，可用于五味子药材及其制剂中木脂素类成分的含量测定和质量控制。

Abstract： Objective To determine the contents of five lignans in Schisandra chinensis （Turcz.） Baill，and compare the differences among different habitats. Methods Phenomenex XB-C18 column （ 4.6mm × 250mm，5μm） was used. Acetonitrile（ A） -water（ B） was used as gradient mobile phase（0～10min，50% A；10～15min，50%～75% A；15～25min，75% A；25～30min，75%～50% A） . The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was 217nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Results Chromatographic separation is greater than 1.5， the results of the methodology are consistent with the relevant regulations. Conclusion The HPLC method developed for simultaneous determination of 5 lignans is simple and valid. It can be used for quality evaluation and quality control of Schisandra chinensis （ Turcz. ） Baill， which can be used in the determination and quality control of the content of lignans in the medicine and its preparation.

五味子為木兰科植物五味子Schisandra chinensis（Turcz.）Baill的干燥成熟果实，主产于辽宁省，吉林、黑龙江产量也相对较大，临床用于治疗久咳虚喘、心悸失眠、盗汗、津伤口渴等症[1]。木脂素类化合物是五味子中含量较高且具有显著生物活性的成分[2]，药理作用显著，其单体和总木脂素已经广泛应用于在对抗炎症[3]、肝损伤修复[4]、肿瘤的预防和治疗[5]等方面。本研究建立HPLC同步测定5种木脂素类化合物含量的分析方法，对五味子药材的质量进行了分析与评价，以期为五味子药材及复方制剂的质量评价和监管提供一定的参考依据和数据支持。
