【摘 要】 目的：观察子午流注穴位贴敷联合西药对冠心病胸闷胸痛的患者应用效果。方法：将60例冠心病胸闷胸痛的患者随机分为两组各30例，两组均给予冠心病常规治疗和护理，对照组在午未时之外的时间进行穴位贴敷，观察组在按子午流注法原理于午未时（11：00～15：00）进行穴位贴敷，两组疗程均为7d。比较两组干预后胸闷胸痛变化，并比较两组治疗有效率和平均住院天数。结果：观察组平均每天胸闷胸痛次数小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），观察组平均住院天数少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：子午流注穴位贴敷联合西药能有效缓解冠心病患者胸闷胸痛的症状，提高治疗效果，缩短平均住院日，提高患者生命质量。

Abstract：Objective To observe Ziwuliuzhu acupoint combined with western medicine on coronary heart disease patients with chest pain effect. Methods the patients were randomly divided into 60 patients with coronary heart disease and chest pain for 2 groups of 30 cases， 2 groups were given routine treatment and nursing， observation group on this basis， according to the principle of Ziwuliuzhu method in the afternoon （11：00～15：00） of acupoint application， the control group in the afternoon at the time outside of acupoint application. The 2 groups were treated for 7 days. The changes of chest tightness and chest pain after 2 intervention were compared and the effective rate and average length of stay between the two groups were compared. Results the average daily chest tightness and chest pain in the observation group was less than that in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）， the average length of stay in the observation group was less than that of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Ziwuliuzhu acupoint can effectively alleviate the symptoms of chest pain in patients with coronary heart disease， improve the therapeutic effect， shorten the hospitalization days， improve patients quality of life.

冠心病是多种原因引发的心肌血液供应发生障碍所引起的心脏病，临床表现轻则胸闷，重则胸痛，心肌梗死甚至猝死[1] 。子午流注是我国古代医学理论中的一种学说，它将人体中的12条经脉对应着每天的12个时辰，时辰在变，气血在不同的时辰也有盛衰，是按时辰取穴的一种治疗操作方法[2]。中医穴位外治法是在整体观念的指导下，通过肌表、穴位作用于经络、气血以及脏腑，由外至内，祛除疾患，效果良好 [3] 。而中医外治法中的敷贴疗法类似于现代医学的透皮给药系统，能随时间的推移进行一定剂量的给药，在保持药物治疗作用的同时避免药物对胃肠道以及肝脏的影响[4]。为预防和改善冠心病的主要癥状胸闷胸痛，提高冠心病患者的生活质量，我院采用子午流注穴位贴敷联合西药对冠心病患者实施干预，以预防和改善患者的胸闷胸痛，取得良好效果，现报告如下。……
