【摘 要】 目的：建立参黄养阴胶囊的质量控制方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测（HPLC-ELSD） 法，色谱柱为岛津VP-ODS色谱柱（4.6 mm×150 mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-水（32∶68），流速为1 mL/min，柱温为30 ℃；ELSD检测器参数为漂移管温度105 ℃，气体流量2.8 L/min。结果：黄芪甲苷的线性范围为0.4024～12.8768 μg（r = 0.999），平均加样回收率为98.67%（RSD=0.87%），精密度实验RSD为2.20%，稳定性实验RSD为1.65%，重现性实验RSD为3.90%。结论：该测定方法简便、快速、重现性好，可用于参黄养阴胶囊中黄芪甲苷含量的测定。

Abstract：Objective To establish the quality standard of Shenhuangyangyin capsule. Methods The HPLC - ELSD method was used for the detection of hplc-elsd， and the column of chromatographic column was the iso-jp-ods column （4.6 mm×150 mm，5 μm）， and the flow phase was acetonitrile-water （32∶68）. The flow rate was 1 mL/min， and the column temperature was 30. The ELSD detector parameter is the drift tube temperature 105， and the gas flow rate is 2.8 L/min.Result The linear range of astragaloside iv was 0.4024～12.8768 μ g （r= 0.999）. the average recovery of astragaloside iv was 98.67 % （RSD= 0.87 %）， RSD of precision experiment was 2.20 %， RSD of stability experiment was 1.65 %， RSD of reproducibility experiment was 3.90 %.Conclusion this method has the characteristics of simple and rapid reproducibility， and can be used to determine the content of astragaloside in shenhuang yangyin capsule and the method can effectively control the quality of shenhuang yangyin capsule.

參黄养阴胶囊主要由人参、黄芪、黄精、麦冬、丹参、苦参、甘草等7味中药组成，具有益气养阴，活血化瘀的功效，用于气阴两虚兼血瘀证冠心病的辅助治疗[1-6]。其制法为人参、丹参粉碎成粗粉，其余黄芪等五味加水煎煮三次即得。黄芪为方中君药之一，具有补气升阳，行滞通痹之功效[7]，黄芪甲苷为其主要成分。研究采用HPLC - ELSD 法测定参黄养阴胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量，为参黄养阴胶囊的质量控制提供参考。

1 仪器与材料

1.1 仪器 岛津2010C高效液相色谱仪（Alltech ELSD 2000ES检测器）；METTLER AG245 十万分之一天平。

1.2 材料 对照品丹参酮ⅡA、黄芪甲苷、苦参碱、人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rf人参皂苷Rg1、甘草酸单铵盐购自中国药品生物制品检定所；对照药材麦冬、黄精购自中国食品药品检定研究院；试验中所用乙腈、甲醇均为色谱纯，水为双蒸水自制，其它试剂均为分析纯；参黄养阴胶囊由吉林吉尔吉药业有限公司提供。……
