【摘 要】 目的：建立市售蒲公英片的HPLC特征图谱并测定7个厂家蒲公英片中菊苣酸和单咖啡酰酒石酸的含量。方法：采用Sepax Gp-C18色谱柱（4.6×250 mm，5μm），0.1%三氟乙酸-乙腈和0.1%三氟乙酸-水为流动系梯度洗脱，流速1.0 mL/min，柱温40 ℃，检测波长323 nm。建立蒲公英片的特征图谱，进行相关性分析，并测定其单咖啡酰酒石酸和菊苣酸的含量。结果：单咖啡酰酒石酸和菊苣酸的线性范围分别为10.2～204.0μg（R2=0.9999）和10.0～200.0 μg（R2=0.9999），回收率分别为100.11%和99.53%。建立了蒲公英片的特征图谱，蒲公英片中9个共有峰在7个厂家中得到追踪，并测定菊苣酸和单咖啡酰酒石酸的含量。结论：实验所建立的蒲公英片中菊苣酸和单咖啡酰酒石酸含量测定及特征图谱方法稳定性、重复性良好，可为蒲公英片的质量控制和评价提供参考。

Abstract：Objective To establish the HPLC methods for determining the contents of Caftaric acid and Chicoric acid and fingerprint chromatogram of taraxacum weber from market. Methods Chromatographic conditions for Sepax Gp - C18 chromatographic column （4.6x250 mm， 5 microns）， mobile phase consisted of 0.1% TFA - acetonitrile and 0.1% TFA - water at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min， the column temperature was maintained 40 ℃. The detection wavelength was set at 323 nm to establish fingerprint chromatogram of taraxacum weber and aqueous decoction， and the content of Caftaric acid and Chicory acid were determined. Results The linear ranges of caftaric acid and chicoric acid were 4.08～204.0 μg（R2=0.9999）and 2.00～100.0 μg（R2=0.9999）， respectively. The average recoveries were 100.11% and 99.53% ， respectively. The fingerprints of the taraxacum weber were established， and the 9 common peaks in the taraxacum weber were tracked in 7 different manufacturers and the contents of Caftaric acid and Chicoric acid were determined. Conclusion The methods can provide more information for the quality control of taraxacum weber formula granules.

蒲公英又名婆婆丁、黃花地丁、黄花三七等，为菊科植物蒲公英Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz、碱地蒲公英Taraxacum borealisinense Kitag.或同属数种植物的干燥全草。蒲公英中含有黄酮类、酚酸类、萜类、色素类植物甾醇类等化合物[1]，具有抗炎、抑菌、保肝、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、降糖等作用[2-5]，常用于治疗疔疮肿毒、乳痈、目赤、肺痈、肠痈、湿热黄疸和热淋涩痛等症[6]。蒲公英片是以蒲公英水提醇沉干浸膏制得，具有清热解毒的功效，主要用于咽喉肿痛（急性扁桃体炎）、疮疖[1]，收载于部颁标准中药成方制剂第三册，但该标准中未对蒲公英片做相关的含测要求，对该品种的质量控制缺乏全面性和客观性[7]。……
