【摘 要】 目的：优选白刺花中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法：采用响应面分析法优化，以总黄酮提取率为评价指标，在考察单因素试验的基础上，选取乙醇浓度、加液量、提取温度和提取时间为自变量，利用Design-Expert软件分析优化出白刺花中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件。结果：优化所得白刺花中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为：乙醇浓度为72%，加液量为21倍，提取温度为71℃，提取时间为133 min。结论：响应面优化所得到的最佳提取工艺准确、稳定，是提取白刺花中总黄酮的可行方法。

Abstract：Objective Optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Sophora davidii（Franch.）Skeels. Methods Response surface models was used to optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Sophora davidii（Franch.）Skeels.The total flavonoids were extracted using ultrasonic assisted ethanol extraction.On the basis of single factor， the concentration of ethanol， the amount of liquid added， the extraction temperature and the extraction time were the independentvariables.Design-Expert response surface methodology was employed for selecting the optimum extraction process by the indexes of the contents of total flavonoids from Sophora davidii（Franch.）Skeels. Results Total flavonoids from Sophora davidii（Franch.）Skeels of optimum extraction conditions were as follows，72% of the ethanol concentration，21 times of the amount of liquid added，extraction temperature of 71℃，extraction time 133min. Conclusion The extraction process obtained by response surface methodology was stable and reasonable，accurate and reliable. It was a feasible method to extract the total flavonoids from Sophora davidii（Franch.）Skeels.

白刺花又名苦豆花、白花，為豆科小灌木植物，在南方各地的山坡、田埂及丘陵地带均有大量分布，有的荒地上甚至成为其主要的植被分布[1]。云南多数地区有食用其花的习俗，为云南红河州彝族、白族、苗族、哈尼族等少数民族习用[2]。白刺花具有清热利湿、消积通便、杀虫止痒的功效，用于腹痛腹胀、食积虫积、痢疾；带下阴痒；疥癞疮癣[3]；其花有清热解暑作用，可用于暑热烦渴等[4]。当地百姓用其泡茶饮用，在降脂降糖上具有一定效果，但未见文献报道白刺花有降血脂及降血糖的作用。白刺花含黄酮及生物碱，有抗炎、抗过敏的作用[5]。基于白刺花的各种优势特点，笔者欲将野生白刺花的叶、花开发为保健速溶茶，通过试验研究，优化出白刺花总黄酮的最佳提取方法，为白刺花保健速溶茶的开发提供依据。……
