摘 要 本文以体验式教学理论为指导，以江苏省职业学校文化课教材《英语》为依托，通过访谈和问卷调查等数据收集方法，用行动研究方法分析公共英语教学课堂的教学步骤、方法和策略。旨在探究体验式的教学模式对提高学生的课堂学习效能，满足学生英语学习成功体验的作用。研究结果表明，该模式对优化卫生高职校公共英语教学起到了积极作用。

Exploration of Public English Teaching in Health

Vocational School Based on Experience

Abstract This article takes the experiential teaching theory as a guide， based on the teaching material "English" of the vocational school culture in Jiangsu Province. Through interviews and questionnaire surveys and other data collection methods， it uses action research methods to analyze the teaching steps， methods and strategies of the public English teaching classroom. It aims to explore the role of experiential teaching model in improving students' classroom learning effectiveness and satisfying students' successful experience in English learning. The research results show that this model plays an active role in optimizing public English teaching in health vocational schools.

0 引言

根據《普通高等学校高职高专教育指导性专业目录（试行）》，在高职高专类英语课程中公共英语是所有专业高职学生必修的基础英语阶段。该课程处于前承义务教育，后接职业英语教育的重要地位，对于整个高职教育阶段的英语教学成败起着关键作用。2012颁布的《基本要求》中指出：高职英语课程应以培养学生实际应用英语的能力为目标，侧重职场环境下英语语言交际能力的培养，使学生逐步提高用英语进行交流与沟通的能力。同时，高职英语课程要使学生掌握有效的学习方法和策略，培养学生的兴趣和自主学习能力，提高学生的综合文化素养和跨文化交际意识，为提升学生的就业竞争力及未来的可持续发展打下基础。然而众多有关我国高职英语教学的研究都发现当前高职英语教学模式仍然滞后于职业教育发展。学生的英语职业应用能力不强，不能很好地满足职业岗位需求。……
